I recently purchased a home in Pitman. Moving is extremely stressful so finding the right people to help you with this process is key. Using Greentree and Steve Costa made things easy. Steve listened to what I needed and executed to perfection. He followed up with me along every step that needed to be taken in a clear and absolute manner. There are always the little things that pop-​up that can be a killer to the deal but Steve deftly helped me to maneuver through them, i.e. I could not sell my home as quickly as I needed to move into my new home and we had to delay the purchase numerous times.
Steve and his team made sure that the financing remained in place throughout and even kept contact with the realtor (Avalar, Robert Timmons) to be sure that when the deal did go through that all the proper vendors where in place. The appraiser, home inspector, insurance company, title company etc… where all ready to go within a week of me making the deal to sell my old place and to get into my new place. Steve even attended the closing to be sure that there were no problems at the table since we closed on my old house and new house within hours of one another.
