Command Performance Hair Salon

I’ve been going to Command Performance for YEARS — at least 10, and I still make sure to time my visits home so I can go get a haircut and eyebrow wax. I always go to Melissa, and I’ve never regretted it. Sonja does my eyebrows wonderfully.

I have had a great experience here everytime and am now a regular! Danielle is absolutely the best stylist I have ever had! Product prices are a little high, but I think that’s the case with most salons.

Not very accommodating… I called to make an appointment for coloring and trim. When I called I explained my that I was debating whether or not to go natural (white) or to continue with overall haircolor. I was willing, for this first time, to pay for one of the more expensive stylists realizing that it was short notice (called on Friday for a Saturday appointment). I have a disability making travel difficult especially with the horrible winter weather we have had. I was excited that they were able to give me an appointment and was really looking forward to going. I received a phone call on Saturday morning from the stylist asking me whether it I need overall haircolor or highlights. I explained, again, my circumstances and she said okay. An hour before my appointment, I received another call from the receptionist saying that this stylist would not have time for me. She indicated that I could come in for a consultation and arrange an appointment for another time. I admit that I was abrupt in saying to forget it that I wouldn’t bother, but I was so terribly disappointed. There wasn’t even an offer of having someone else do my hair. I can’t believe that they were that busy, but I might be wrong. Each time I spoke to someone there was a lack of friendliness. That should have been my first clue that they would not be accommodating. I’m glad that they have so many customers that they couldn’t make time for me because they lost one today and the potential of two others as well.

Visited last week for cut and highlights. They have friendly staff and flexible hours. I made the appointment online, which was very convenient. I was able to choose from different levels of stylists and pick from available times. I am very happy with both my cut & my color.
