I have been going here for about 10 years now. They provide great service along with great information. When new products come out such as Windows 8, they do their research. They even allow you to try it out if you are considering purchasing it.

Terrible service. Called ahead to see how long it would take to clean my laptop fan if I dropped it off at 9am on Saturday. «Saturday afternoon or Monday morning at the latest.» LIES. Wasn’t ready until Tuesday with no apology or explanation.
The fan is fixed, but I won’t go back. I don’t want to deal with a business who doesn’t care about their customer’s time.
