Went here a few months ago since I had time to kill after my work day. Got my hair washed and cut with layers and long bangs. The lady was really sweet and while not an amazing conversationalist, was very attentive and answered any questions about hair care I needed. They even sold me a great little bottle to help with frizz that has worked like a charm. Also, how can you complain about the price? Definitely recommend for a fair cut at a nice price.

The wait time can be long but you can check in online and show up minutes before being called. I went here for the first time yesterday and was very happy with them. I don’t do any fancy styles with my hair but they quickly cut it the way I asked. Staff was very friendly as were the customers.

It didn’t matter that I had a photo, that I showed specifics — that my hair is short and according to the«stylist» great to work with. Lopsided, uneven, ruined the bangs that I told her I had just achieved perfection on — and then argued about the end result. A good stylist can cut my hair quickly and easily — but not finding it here. A good cut does not ‘require’ the addition of ‘product’ to hide the choppy cut. If you cut hair properly the addition of crap is not needed. Yes — it will grow — maybe I will wear a sign pointing the way — bad haircuts here! Since they opened I’ve been in several times, but years ago stopped getting decent results. Now it’s worse than ever — they smile and hack away. No way am I going back.

Went here because after just moving to the area both my mother and my husband got great haircuts from two different stylists. Figured I’d be safe as all I was looking to have done is trimming in my bangs so I can see and then to take off any split ends. I even brought a photo in so the stylist would have no confusion as to the style of bang(I had QUITE a bit of growth, lol). Stylist took only one quick glance at the photo and after awkwardly holding it for a few moments I set it on her counter so she could reference it if needed… she never took a second look. No questions were asked and I assumed all was well and it would be a nice quick and easy trim… until she got to the bang and I saw a 3 inch chunk fall towards the floor. This made me understandably uneasy– and I am not exaggerating the length… but it has been so long since I had gotten them trimmed I reasoned with myself all was well… few moments go by and more hair is flying and I finally got a look in the mirror and for the first time ever I asked a stylist to stop cutting before they were done and to leave it as is. My photo was of what is clearly a heavy blunt fringe bang that just skims the top of the eye(similar to Zooey Deschanel’s). What I saw in the mirror was a thin, scraggly layered mess that is lucky to come to my eyebrow. She had gone way overboard with her razor and left big holes in my bangs and also left the majority of them at a length ending halfway down my forehead. Now I will say that if that is what I wanted, it looked like a good haircut… but it is FAR from what I expected to see after displaying a photo– I have NEVER had a stylist take off at least HALF the thickness of my bangs without even a word to double check we were on the same page. On a bang that is a huge thing to not verify. Luckily bangs grow decently fast… though thanks to this experience I will not be returning. Yes it is a bargain, and there ARE some good stylists in there– but I don’t see myself feeling comfortable enough to trust them again. I’ll pay the extra $ 20 to feel properly taken care of in a higher end salon… when my bangs finally return that is! Enter their doors at your own risk!
