Wow… it has been over a year and they still can’t let it go. I received notification that she changed her response again just a few days ago. I have absolutely no reason to lie about my experience with them. I believe my consistency speaks for itself and shows I am being honest. Most businesses either don’t respond or ask how they can improve. Not address it by implying the person a liar. Oh and by the way, I recently went to another Nutritionist and learned so much more in 1 hour with her than I did in the 7 or so visits with Cathy. AND they took care of billing my insurance. Update: 5÷28÷15 I received a letter from a lawyer shortly after this last review demanding I remove my review within a certain amount of days or she(Cathy) would pursue a claim against me because of my false and defamatory statements. I supposedly posted opinions which I claimed to be facts. So even though I thought Unilocal was a place to post my opinions about a review, I agreed to remove anything that was an «opinion». Which I have now done. I also received an email from Cathy… I wish I could post a copy here. It was not a very nice email. The most laughable part of it is that she tried to tell me the«correct» way to post a review. Apparently, I have to also say something positive about the place I am reviewing.
