Also wish there was a zero star option… Awful! Love the clothes Ann Taylor has but good luck finding anything in your size. There was hardly anything except S and M. I went in to this store twice and had the same problem so I thought I would mention it to the sales associate thinking perhaps she could mention it to the Manager and consider stocking the store better. I was kind in the way I presented it and she reacted so incredibly rude! Her response was… «I can’t control, what I can’t control! Sorry.»
I won’t be back. I’ll do my ordering online or at another location. Steer clear!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star.
The staff is rude and non helpful. If you do want to purchase clothing I would say you are better off shopping online or going to the Bellevue/Seattle location.
I did have an awful run in with a specific employee. I phoned later to speak to the manager to inform them about it because as a business owner I would want to know if one of my employees had acted rudely. When I called in to speak to the manager it turns out that the person that had been so so rude was the MANAGER! Awkward!!! But it explains the rest of the reviews. Bad employees are usually symptomatic of bad management or poor working conditions.

I love the high quality of Ann Taylor clothes. I don’t always have as good of luck here as the outlet in Auburn or locations in Seattle, it’s nice to have a store close to home. There are plenty of changing rooms, but the staff are not as attentive as other locations. While I’ve never had quite the negative experience as others, they are indifferent or adequate at best.
The clearance section is cramped and hard from my short arms to reach the top rack. The pants come in a few different styles and I love how well they fit. Every time. Nice parking out front and in the middle of a center I enjoy shopping at so much better than any malls or downtown.

I can’t argue the other reviews — this store is full of promise, but Ann Taylor hasn’t got a dime from me since they opened.
Staff is vacant — — I think if you want to shop and be ignored then you might enjoy it.

I don’t think they deserve a star at all! I was here today, and all 3 sales associates were more interested in shopping for themselves and complaining about working on a nice, sunny day. And no, they were not busy at all (just me and one other shopper). If I want something that bad at the Loft, I’ll shop online.
They need lessons in customer service from the ladies at JJill and Coldwater Creek.

If you want service skip this place and go across the street to Chicos. The clerks aren’t rude, they just will not acknowledge your existence
