I ordered the regular rectangle headstone with picture. The headstone turned out great, no qualms with that, but they didn’t ship the base with the headstone… after another week I got the base, but then it doesn’t come with any type of groove or depression, you just sit the headstone on top of a granite base… any small wind will knock it over and probably damage it. I emailed them and they told me to buy some epoxy and glue it together…
This is absolutely ridiculous, being that I paid almost 300 for a pet headstone. I can and will choose another place next time.

I lost my husband last year and had a burial at sea for him in January with our cruising friends. I had the biodegradable newspaper turtle made for the burial as sea. the service was fast and exactly as described. I was very pleased with my turtle seen in the picture in the ziploc bag I used to transport him on the plane to San Juan. I was very impressed and for the family spreading of the ashes this past 4^th of July I had the same urn made with newspapers from the day he passed away. Unfortunately I sent the newspapers to the wrong address. Brittany, Lindsey and Allison worked hard to get me the pillow urn next day delivery to Key West for the ceremony and spreading of the ashes. they were so compassionate and helpful and understanding. I cannot thank them enough.

I recently lost my beloved Foxhound Colt and wanted a beautiful plaque to put on his grave. I found this website and could not be happier with my plaque. We ordered «Benton Urn» — Cherry, mantle or desk model with a small brass engraved plaque.
We could not be more pleased with the quality, packaging and all aspects of the Urn.

I just lost my dog and best friend of 14 years Mason. I had paid a service to cremate him and they gave me a very non-​descript box to keep him in for eternity. Well he deserved much better than that and I went to many web sites to look at urns and Memorial Galleries was by far the best in terms of price and selection. However, I had no idea how to design it or what to say. They helped me out for three or four days over about a half a dozen phone calls. The urn arrived and it looks much better than I could have expected. I am very happy with the whole process and strongly recommend this service to anyone.
