I ordered windows through a Milgard dealer. I was told approximately 2 weeks until delivery. Three weeks later my dealer told me there had been a problem in regard to my order actually being ordered. The way it was worded I’d blame the dealer. I was given a delivery date of 9⁄28. 9⁄27 I received a call from Milgard saying my windows would be delivered between 9AM — 12PM the following day. I took the morning off of work and waited… and waited and waited. At 12:30 I called the person from Milgard who told me when they would be delivered. She put me on hold to call the driver, who didn’t answer. She then said she would call me right back once she knew. 30 minutes later and no call back. I’m just one guy installing windows in my own house but even for me, time is money. Since I still don’t have the windows, I cannot comment on the quality but I know that there are many comparable windows feature and price wise out there, and someone has got to have better customer service.
