Love this place — they are so nice and you can always get in, even though you might have to wait a few minutes when it’s crowded. The deluxe pedicure is really deluxe — along with the hot stones and a great massage. Not expensive and they all do a really great job! I heard they are moving and I will follow them wherever they go!!!

Went in for a pedicure. Upgraded to a «Deluxe Pedicure». I was asked 4 times if I wanted a manicure. After the 3rd time where the woman pointed out that my cuticles weren’t perfect, I firmly said I didn’t have time. The pedicure was fine not really deluxe, but the with the annoyance of the upsell, I will not return.

Scheduled 3 pedicure appointments for a morning with girlfriends. In spite of confirming we could do all together, the only thing done at the same time was running the water and sticking our feet in. Then one tech left for ½ hour with another customer making our experience beyond awkward. Never again. What should have been relaxing was just a morning of stress. Two thumbs down.

These folks know their stuff. Not very pricey. I came in for just a pedicure but got a manicure for a good deal.

One star is too much for these jerks. They laugh at clients– cut my wife’s cuticle -(2x) and five days later — her nails are turning milky white. If you enjoy RUDENESS — then go here. Gig Harbor business’s in downtown are either wonderful — or SUCK as this place does

I go here and everytime I bring my nieces and cousins, they give them free flowers and designs on their toes. My mom and aunt go here and they treat her like she is at a luxurious salon for an affordable price. I live in Washington and in other states, the services are different. I always have a relaxing experience when I go here.

DONOTGOTONEWYORKNAILS. They do no use the products they say they do… they tell you acrylic is gel, charging you for gel when in fact, that is not what you get. They do not sterilize consistently and I got black spots on my nail beds. They over charge for everything making up the price AFTER the work has been done even though the price list states differently. BEWARE women and men. Go to another salon.

I agree with everything the poster above me reviewed. I was also cut while getting a pedicure there, and my friend who was with me came out with a slight limp. The woman doing my pedicure used the skin shaver and shaved a bit much off. It wasn’t like a slice, but it hurt like hell and was incredibly tender to walk on and did bleed a bit. My friend who was with me had hangnail that was gnarly and she informed the woman about it, but either she didn’t understand her(which is highly likely) or didn’t care because when she brought out the nail polish remover and sloshed that over her hangnail, she actually shrieked and pulled her foot away, putting it back into the water to try and ease the pain. Everything is «that is extra» and it’s rather ridiculous. When you see the prices on their board, add 10 – 15 more if you want anything done. I go to a different nail salon now and am never looking back.

Anything But Enjoyable… unpleasant experience… Awful! I had a horrible experience here today. My daughter and I were looking forward to a wonderful pedicure. How rude these people appear to be. We were rushed and essentially laughed at by the manicurists. Is asking for parifin really that odd an addition to a manicure or pedicure? You would have thought we had farted in church. And do we laugh at customers who slosh some parafin on the floor? I really would like to march in and ask for a refund tomorrow. My 16 year old daughter was disgusted. No need to treat your clients like an imposition. No foot massage? What sort of pedicure doesn’t include a foot massage. The manicurist cut my daughters foot with the file… I wasn’t injured but am looking at a less than sleek French manicure. It looks like a Five year olds work. How many hours of study are required here in Washington? I have not found anyone who give a truly professional manicure in Gig Harbor. Don’t go here… bad bad vibes… unhappy, money hungry…(«that will be $ 25 dollar extra» women…) Lose the attitude ladies…
