I went in here to use the bathroom and get something to drink. The sign on the bathroom door said«bathroom is out off order»(sic). Since I couldn’t use the bathroom I didn’t buy anything. The guy that worked there didn’t even acknowledge that I had come in. Evidently they don’t want to be friendly or make a sale.

The location is very good and convenient. The people that work there are conservative and reserved but always helpful and friendly when engaged. I like the place as a convenient location before jumping on the freeway.

This is not a review of the gas itself(Chevron gas is great, actually), but rather how I was treated at this particular [franchised] station. I bought a juice and a snack, gave the cashier my twenty dollar bill, and he gave me change as though I gave him a ten. I didn’t have any tens on me at the time(the ATMS never dispense them, and I came directly from one), but he continued to argue. When I realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere, I asked for his boss’ name which he refused to give to me. The cops were called but said I could only contact the owner — they wouldn’t do anything about my predicament. Calling the business later and asking for the manager lead to nowhere as well, and contacting Chevron directly resulted in an «I’m sorry you had a bad experience with one of our stations, but we’re not going to do anything about it» letter. So, my hands being tied, I decided to warn people here. They apparently know what the cops and their bosses at Chevron will or won’t do, so they have quite the racket going. Come to find out, they have been doing this sort of thing to people for years, and many of the businesses around there avoid them like the plague. Please support a more honest gas station and pass this one by.
