The view is great, the apartments are cute and quaint, that is about it. Mold is a huge issue here, and if you happen to find mold in your apartment, the management team will find a way to blame it on you. Mold came up through the carpet in my apartment destroying my clothing, my shoes, my furniture, and making me sick. The Department of Health came to my apartment after Dobler refused to let me move out, and deemed the unit unlivable. Dobler still would not accept this, and I was forced to move out because of the issue and had to pay the rest of my lease. Dobler Management has a terrible reputation, and I would stay far away from their properties.

What you see is what you get! This is an old building with no amenities and thin walls… The best part is by far the location. Our experience was decent here until it was time for us to move out. They made every step of the way very difficult for us even though we had been great tenants!
