Touchstone Landscape Management

We have had a weekly lawn service with Touchstone for the past year. The quality of service is excellent, they are dependable and affordable. Touchstone goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their service. For example, I called them after the crew had finished mowing our lawn unhappy, the lower yard lawn didn’t look like it was mowed. Touchstone didn’t argue with me or make excuses, they immediately sent the crew back out to my yard to redo that portion of the lawn, at their cost. Another example of commitment to excellence, twice now after major windstorms, I called to have a crew come clean up storm debris (tree branches, etc.) from on our yard. Response was immediate, the crew was out to our property same day, which I didn’t expect but was very happy with. As other reviewers have stated, the team is very professional, responsive and customer service is excellent!

Touchstone delivered on their commitment to us. They were very knowledgeable about the plants left by the previous owners of our home and had great suggestions on how to improve our nearly ½ acre garden. The work crew they sent out was friendly and personable. Work was completed on time and on budget.
We are already planning our next project with them. I would highly recommend using them for any landscaping needs!

Touchstone Landscape Management is an excellent landscape/​gardening business. They do full grounds maintenance in addition to irrigation and planning. Aaron Frederickson, the owner, is a Master Gardener. He is an expert on all kinds of trees and shrubs. His crews arrive on time, are hard workers, and clean up after themselves before leaving your property. It is a pleasure to have them taking care of my property. By the way, I live in University Place. They service both sides of the Sound.
