I had a 30-​foot-​tall sweet cherry that became diseased, so it needed to come out. I called Williams Tree and Stump Removal, and they showed up on time with a crew of 5, a chipper truck, and a stump grinder. They removed the cherry tree in about 30 minutes, and had the stump and a nearby apple stump removed in 20 minutes more. The cherry tree had one main branch leaning toward a fence, and another leaning toward an aspen tree, so they really had to pay attention when they dropped the major branches. The job came out perfectly. They even chipped up branches from my brush pile for no extra charge, and when they were done they cleaned up every leaf and branch. The workers were professional and incredibly fast: they literally ran to pick up every limb that came down and run it through the shredder. I’ll use them again. Highly recommended.

Had some stumps ground down by Ryan from Willaims Tree Service Gig Harbor. The price was very reasonable, they were quick and did a fantastic job. Was a pleasure to have them do it and I definitely plan on using them for upcoming work on some of my trees.

Fantastic Job! The crew arrived right on time, and went to work right away. They came to remove two huge flowering plum trees, and a vine maple, including stump-​grinding. Over and above the contracted work, the crew of two walked my property, and gave me some great tree maintenance tips for my Japanese Maples! The price Mike quoted me was very reasonable, the quality of work was top-​notch, most strongly recommend Williams!

Made an appointment sunday for tuesday between 7:30 and. 8 am. Its 9 am. Ive been waiting an hour and a half, called and spoke to mike. First he didnt remember. Then it was «we had a tree go down in gig harbor» no phone Call i asked?. I wrote your number down in a diffrent planner… then after a few minutes. «to tell you The truth, i forgot about you» ill stand by my word he tells me, ill come out today, ill just be late??? Then he tells me i dont have to be home??? Why am i sitting here??? Another craigslist flake,…i didnt even rate a simple phone call… i guess he has so much work he doesnt need my money.avoid.

I got 3 different quotes and Mike was the best. Not only that, but once I emailed a picture of the tree I wanted removed, e dropped his quote by $ 50. He was also able to fit me in the next day.
My wife asked him to trim the tops off of some trees and he advised her that it wouldn’t be worth it since it would stimulate growth and we would be more work for us in the long term. Thanks for the good work and advise!

WILLIAMS TREE & STUMP REMOVAL — Mike came out today 5÷4÷2009 and ground down 4 very large alder tree stumps. Mike was done in an hour and a half. He used what appeared to be top of the line equipment and his bid was well under $ 150 — $ 200 less than the other 15 or so bids we received. We are VERY HAPPY with his work. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service. You won’t be disappointed. Great job Mike thanks so much!
