We were having an issue with our dryer, called these guys and they came out right away. Not only did the guy solve the problem, he also educated us on the whole process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also affordable and fast.

DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS! I made an appointment and no one showed up, no one called, no one did anything! I called an hour later to let them know I would be using someone else. Of course, the excuses started bubbling out — double booking (yeah right, when that happens one of the customers usually receives a phone call!). I think they just forgot. My time is valuable. I had to be home waiting for a company that never showed up or gave me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know anything different.
