Albertsons

Store is very nice and usually not very busy. The cashiers and baggers are usually nice or at least not rude. Not this last visit! I was the only customer in line with less than 10 items. First, the cashier & bagger was ignoring me as I placed my items on the belt and only after they were done talking did they start it up and ring up my mind things. Second, I asked if someone could process my lotto tickets at the service desk and was told they weren’t open to come back later, even though I have had them do it before. Third, the cashier guy tried to make me look stupid by pointing out the lotto machine, but I fired back saying no I got actual numbers chosen on the sheet I need processed. He still wanted to be rude and ignore me at the same time. So finally I gave up trying to be decent to these people and made a comment as I was leaving because by that time customers lined up behind me. I even rammed the exit doors with the cart since it wouldn’t up as I came up. I was just so frustrated dealing with rudeness when you didn’t deserve it. I have been a cashier many years in other jobs and know when a customer deserves the rudeness treatment. That’s why I always treat the employees with good attitude, but I have my limits when my efforts are being wasted.

Linday is awesome and always willing to exchange or grab something I forgot or couldn’t find.

No card needed for sales! That’s so cool. If they don’t have an item you are looking for, let the cashier know and they will write it down on an order form and give it to the manager. They explained the receipt to us to verify we got our sales items! $ 60 worth of steaks do $ 20. 12 bottles of large gatoraides for 58 cents ea. So awesome!
Staff was so helpful and friendly. We were asked numerous times if we needed assistance finding things. I am really impressed with this store and the way it’s run, the variety of things here that I can’t find elsewhere. This just may become my «go-​to» store because it has so many hard to find things all in one place.

Best local pharmacy!
As a person that manages multiple medications, it is such a benefit to have a neighborhood pharmacy that is accessible and helpful. I almost don’t want to write this review — as I don’t want them to become too busy! :)
Liz is awesome and always helpful AND she remembers me. I would prefer to work with a person versus doing the mail order prescriptions. If you are looking for customer service, this is the place!!!

I love this Alberton’s! Their meats are great tasting and fresh. The employees are always around, willing and able to help. I can always find what I am looking for and the prices are great! I am glad this location is so close to my house.

I love this Albertson’s more than the one near where I live. However, we were in the area and picking up a few items. They are always super friendly, great customer service, great deals. I consistently get great service here and love it, which is why I keep coming back.
Only went in for one item and came out with a half of grocery cart full of stuff because I found great deals.
My only complaint is they need to repave the parking lot. It’s awful, but because they ALWAYS have great customer service, I still give them 5 stars!!!

Nice little Berts located in Gilbert. This location is nice inside. It always feels new and clean even though it has been around for a while. I can never find my dang Albertson’s card but they just scan one regardless. I like that. It makes me happy since I only go there now and then when I visit family out in Gilbert.
Staff is always nice, selection is good, and I have got flowers there a couple times and have always been impressed with the flower selection. I know, I know, who talks about the flower selection when reviewing a grocery store? I DO. THAT’S WHO.

When I think of Albertsons I always think of the sketchy one near my house in Tucson, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this one.
It’s clean and well lit. It’s easy to navigate. The line to check out wasn’t long at all.
I really liked their wine selection and they had my favorite Château Ste. Michelle Riesling refrigerated. Win!

I can’t say enough about this grocery store. They have excellent customer service and I never experience cashier lines more than one or two people deep. They have a small selection of Organic vegetables, but the quality is very high; a decent selection of beer — beyond the usual bud light /​coors light offering and the selection of baking supplies is as good as I’ve seen at a grocery store. I’ll go out of my way to shop here.

Great Place. Clean and cool in the summers. The Starbucks inside is awesome. Better than Safeway or Fry’s.

Good clean store with helpful staff. I wish someday there could be the perfect mix of Costco, Fresh and Easy, and a store like this, so I could finally shop in one place.

What can I say, this place is an Albertsons…
Definitely not high-​end like Whole Foods, but not bottom of the barrel either. It is always clean, bright, and organized. The selection is vast, and since I’ve seen things behind the scenes, I know they work hard to keep only fresh and undamaged food on the shelves.
