I ordered some earrings from this site at the beginning of January. They were delivered to a suite that I did not type in to the order form and does not exist; and the company will not do anything beyond providing a tracking number for me to find the earrings through the USPS. They can’t tell me if it was signed for and refuse to provide a new set or refund. I’ve never dealt with a company who would not make a lost order right, very odd. Disappointed for sure and will not use them again.
Update: Someone in my building found the earrings and got them to me, so I’ve updated this review to reflect that. I still would have handled it a bit differently from the business side of things, but in the end everything has worked out.

A word of caution when ordering from All Tribes, Make sure the product you ordered matches the product received. On two different orders I ordered # 8 Nevada turquoise, the first order I received the wrong item. All Tribes did replace with the correct item. The second order they failed to ship the # 8 turquoise. When contacted they immediately sent the missing item, however the item did not appear to match the picture or description of the item they were selling. Upon contact with Richard, he said to return the item for credit and to take my business elsewhere and promptly hung up the phone. If this is the type of company you wish to deal with they I advise you proceed with caution.

The bracelet I ordered for my wife’s birthday present is more stunning than any picture could make it. The craftsmanship is exceptional and they even re-sized it for free. These folks are the genuine article. We couldn’t be happier with their products and service.

Take my advice, this is a great place to find Native American items. It is located out of the typical tourist areas and the prices are much better because of it. They are very helpful and knowledgable.
