Horrible. Guy came out to fix my washer told he did not fix stacking units yet never asked me on the phone if I had a stacking unit. Then I asked for his bosses number I dialed it right there on the spot and his phone rang… he said «guess I’m the boss» Told me rudely to keep the dog away from him. The dog is a peanut and does not bite. I will say he was on time but wrecked my whole morning thus delaying the repair by another day. What a complete jerk. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Awful. Awful. Awful. Do not use this guy. 1 star is too kind.
