Went for post op for a vasectomy. Gave the lady my insurance info and she scheduled my appointment. The morning of I get a call from the doctors office. The said we forget to have you sign a form therefor your insurance never signed off on it. We are not able to do the procedure today. Would have been really nice to know this last week or yesterday. Not the day of. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Happy with the care and service I have recieved. However it is clear ASUI is much more concern about getting new patients then the existing ones. My first appointment was able to be 8 days out, very reasonable. A second appointment had to be 6 weeks out, not very reasonable. My next appointment for a needed proceedure was set 9 weeks out, just unacceptable. I have also had rather long wait times on appointmemt day. I feel the doctors and medical staff are very good, but find scheduling unacceptable.

40 minutes after my apointment time and I am still in the waiting room. Unreal and when I asked how long the front desk is «I have no way of knowing»

Dr. Patel and his staff have changed my life! For years my daily schedule had to include numerous pee stops. I even had to carry a cup for the ‘just in case’ emergencies. I was constantly wet because of leakage. My 10 year old grandson produces a better stream than me. Nighttime sleep was interrupted 5 or more times. After the Green Light Laser surgery I am a normal man. BTW, I never experienced any problems with appointment times. I fact it has not been unusually for me to see Dr. Patel or a staff member prior to my scheduled appointment. Thank you so much Dr. Patel.

Wow love how doctors and staff think that our time is not valuable. We make appoitments for a reason. Front desk lady rude. Doesn’t want to be helpful in finding out why I am not back with docotor. Its been 35 min waiting. Unbelievable!!! Staff in back talk a lot and look likes you much time on their hands.

The office said to be here 30 minutes prior the appointment and never saw the doctor. Doctor never came to the room the entire 1 hour 45 minutes we were waiting there. Absolutely ridiculous.

The people at ASUI helped me get through some Kidney stone issues recently. They got me in quick for the first visit, but they do not have the ability to do any testing on site. They send you out to labs for blood work, and imaging. This all takes lots more time, and adds to the costs. They are very busy, and getting appointments can is an issue. The whole process to get the lithotripsy that I needed was almost 3 weeks to complete, but not all of the delay was their fault. I had high blood pressure that required me to see my primary care Doctor before they would allow the process, which added about 4 days. The staff at both offices I visited we all very nice. Their communications were a little slow though. I need to have them fill out paperwork for my short term disability, and I emailed it to both of the email addresses they list on their web site. One of the email boxes was full so that email was returned, and the office manager who did get my form didn’t bother to look at it for a few days. He called me about 3 days later and asked me to resend the email to a yahoo account. This is NOT professional at all. I sent the email over that night, but did not hear back from him for another few days when he called me to ask for the dates of the occurrences, which I had already filled in on the form had he bothered to look at it. After the 3 weeks of dealing with these people I again asked the doctor, and the office people for the completed disability paperwork. They gave me an envelope with the paperwork in it, and when I got home and opened it up I found that the forms had not been completed. It’s a good thing I don’t live paycheck to paycheck, like many people do. In the end they did get the job done, and I am happy with the work that was done. If there is a next time(I sure hope there is NOT) I’ll just go to the ER, which may cost more, but they would have done things in a few days, instead of the weeks I had to endure.
