Cobblestone Auto Spa

I came in for an über inspection… And I will not be returning. I didn’t catch anyone’s names but one of my mechanics was rude and rolled his eyes right when I pulled up because I didn’t pull in exactly right. The place was messy, and dirty. I noticed this before I saw the mechanic on his phone not paying much attention to my inspection. I can only categorize this place as sub standard. Try somewhere else.

had the car «mini detailed» yesterday. $ 150. Mini is right, not much promised with that wording.
I have resigned myself to all carwashes doing the same kind of work. So I will use them for the basic wash from now on and nothing more. I hate to say it, but, forget the tip. It is as if they have resigned themselves to mediocre work for mediocre pay.

My husband and I dropped off our truck today at cobblestone to be washed. For $ 150 dollars it was the absolute crappiest job I’ve ever seen. Not to mention he was quoted an hour and when we got back from lunch an hour later he told my husband we had another hour to wait. This package he was talked into waived a mud removal fee but included interior clean. There are crumbs everywhere the cup holders and everything is still dirty. It appears they just shined up the dash. Not even the leather seats looked wiped down. The fender wells are still muddy and dusty. We will not be returning the price was insane for the quality of the package he purchased. I had great expectations seeing the amount of people there but this was very disappointing.

So my car looks great and they came through for me, but when you bomb a customers car for smells you should tell them it is scented and what the scent is. You should also tell them how strong it’s going to be, I can taste clean linen, which is a scent I do not prefer.

I took my suv there this morning for a good wash. I bought the detail package to be used at a later date. The people are super nice. Wash was good. Inside looked like there no effort to vacuum it out. Got home and there was still dog hair all over my back seat yet. Its hard to miss in my gray interior. It wasnt busy at all there so not sure why not one of the 4 ppl cleaning my vehicle didnt see the dog hair on back seats… Like it, but disappointing.

I was convinced into purchasing the Ultimate Plus car wash by the very friendly guy at the full service driveway. I was almost convinced to purchase the monthly service by the very friendly cashier inside the clean and tidy store. Glad I didn’t though. The results of the Ultimate Plus car wash was plain old basic. Either the vacuum was broke or the workers are lazy. They must have also run out of good window cleaner as my windows were horribly streaked. I had to call the attendant over to wipe down the door jams that were conveniently missed during the interior wipe down. As with most car wash places, the air freshener was completely forgotten. If I try this place again I’ll save my money and get the basic wash as it appears that is all that is provided anyway.

Friendly service and always very quick when we bring our car in for a wash. We purchased the unlimited package for a monthly fee which gives you an express wash and hand detail as many times as you want. Facility is pet friendly since our dog usually comes with us when we bring it in. Nice waiting room with snacks and drinks to purchase. The reason for the 3 stars is that they will ask you for anything you want in particular to have done during the detail and 3 times when we brought it in I asked to have the foot boards (can’t think of the actual name of it but the part where you step into the seat) wiped down since we get our shoe prints on there often and they never seem to do it. I also one time paid to have our pleather seats wiped down since our dog tracked in a couple prints and only the back seat was done; the front seats still had very visible marks on them.
Overall good for quick clean and detail but if you really value the condition of your car, private detailers are still the way to go.

Had an AMAZING experience at Cobble Stone. Rob &Tony and their crew took great care of my baby Flo. They made her look like new. I will not take my truck any where else. Thanks again guys!

Today was the first time I have been to this location. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I wasn’t able to get my car washed due to a broken window but they understood and gave me a redemption card with the right amount so I can come back and get my car washed when my window is fixed. It took less than 15 minutes to get my oil changed and they did not try to sell me on a bunch of stuff to get fixed like most places do. Very quick and great service. I will definitely be returning to this location to get my oil changed even though it is a little bit of a drive from where I live. I am very pleased with how great of service they had!

Usually same group of workers working there. I go every week. I don’t have one negative thing to say about here. All positive. Great group of workers inside and out. Great suction on all the vacuumes there. They have an at least once a week customer out of me!

I drove in for an oil change and a car wash… they were quick and very nice! Tge waiting room is very comfy and they even have water guns for kids to «help» wash the car as it goes through the tunnel!
The guys from the oil lube were so nice. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Another great Cobblestone experience. They took good care of my car while I got to chill in a comfy chair and watch a little football. No high pressure sales and no hassles. My car has not had this kind of TLC in a while. I was a bit surprised to see her shining so bright again. Thanks for the great customer service Cobblestone.

Best car wash I have found in my area so far. Employees are very nice. I’ve even had my oil changed here and they did a good job.

I came here after leaving one of those one shop stop grocery store etc oil change kinda places. The service was fast and friendly. The gentleman outside Billie did an excellent job explaining the different oil change packages. On the inside the lady was very nice but may need a little more training on the register. It’s always nice to see the owner or store manager working on the floor.
The best part is you can watch your car being worked on from the lobby and they even make fresh popcorn. I’ll be back for sure.

I have been to other cobblestones and always enjoyed my experience. However, this location I did not at all. After an extremely high pressuring salesman finally let me get the carwash I wanted, I heard the employees immediately badmouthing my truck.
I shook that off and waited for my car. Once it was done I tipped the dryer/​interior cleaner and got into my vehicle. Immediately I notice there was just as much crumbs in my passenger seat as when I started. I assumed that was the only thing and drove away thinking I will brush them off. After 5 minutes of driving home I regretted that decision. Multiple spots on my truck were missed. Very big and obvious spots especially when there are 5 or 6 people cleaning your vehicle. Both doors on the inside still looked the same as when I brought it in. It looks like they ran it through the express wash, dried it, and threw some tire shine. Not worth the money.
I was contemplating getting my other vehicle fully detailed there, but not anymore.

I’ve visited car washes across the valley and very few have impressed me as much as this place.
It’s nice to see an owner/​manager involved in the daily activities of his business and taking the time to make the customer feel valued.
I’m picky about having a clean detailed car and selective on whom I choose to do any work on my vehicles.
These people are good to go and I recommend them when you need car wash services in the East Valley.

After my last review, I realized how much the owner cares about his customers experience… They offered to retouch all the spots that weren’t cleaned the first time. And for that I am satisfied. But I still feel that to be fair and honest, interior detailing prices need a little adjustment.
Thank you Cobblestone for caring, it made me thankful for true customer service. I think I will be making huge batches of cupcakes for both you Alma School and Val Vista locations :)
