Crossroads Tile and Floor Care is a superstar when it comes floor care and my new go to for when I want my carpet cleaned. Great service, good with the client relationship building. He was able to perform the job well and efficiently while keeping me informed of the process in a positive way. David stayed in contact with me the entire time, from before he arrived to my home, to right before he left as well. He was very conscious about my belongings, taking care not to break anything and making sure that he put things back where he found them. He had very pleasant energy, and it was a delight to have him inside my home.

We have Berber carpet and it shows absolutely every single stain. I was so frustrated because our carpets never seemed to look good with other companies coming out. Plus, we have two very naughty dogs that love to leave stains all over the house. I called David from Crossroads to come out, and I am so pleased! All of the pet stains came out and there was not any lingering odor. David is professional and friendly and he takes pride in his work.

This company came to us from CHEM DRY. They cleaned one bedroom 10×10 for 200 dollars! The carpet feels crusty and still smells bad. It had been 5 days and it is dry and no better than before. They promised purt pet cleaning and it was a waste of $$ I’m afraid to have someone come clean it again on top of what ever else they did.
