They even con in reply to ratings! I was a customer for four years with 16 receipts to prove it. I spent $ 2,786.44 at Data Doctors. They claim in response that they had no business with me. The BBB and States Attorney have copies of all my receipts, so they can deny it, but it is all documented including conversations with the district manager.

Have been into this shop several years ago and had a very negative experience. I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake! Waste of time and money. If I hadn’t pressed for answers about how my computer was progressing I don’t think I would have gotten any update. There answer to almost every question was we’ll know in 48 hours. Finally I told them they had run out of time and I picked my computer up and took it elsewhere. 48 hours later I’ll be picking it up with the job complete.
In short they are very unprofessional and have limited capability. The only reason I gave them 1star is because Unilocal won’t let you give 0.

BUYER BEWARE! These people are CROOKS. They told me that my operating system needed resetting and that the tab would be around $ 200.00.Called my guy Dan and he fixed it for 80.00. And nothing needed resetting. I read the reviews and figured they told me $ 200.00 as a starting price. They act desperate for business.
I WONDER WHY.

My Aunt was nice enough to bring my laptop in for repair. Simple malware. At pickup, price was $ 500! We thought they we kidding but, no. No explanation. I’ve checked other computer shops in Tempe and Mesa. Told me price should have been $ 75-​$ 150 and I should have been called before it went over that amount. We never hear back from this place even after voicing our dissatisfaction.

My hard drive crashed on my computer and Apple told me that they recommend a 3rd party company to retrieve my data. Like most Americans I am totally Apple Brainwashed so I did what they said. This company came back and told me that it would cost between $ 1800 & $ 2400 to retrieve my data. I asked for them not to precede and got my computer back. I walked into this location, told them my problem and $ 199 later got all my data put on to my external hard drive. I am very thankful for them and would recommend them to anyone in need!
