I’ve been through many dermatologists before coming here, and this one has been quite the solution for me. Other dermatologists would forward my prescription to the nearest Walgreens and my co-​pay would be ridiculous! At Dermatology Solutions, they understand how expensive these topical creams can be, and they recommended us to a specific pharmacy where our co-​pay was close to nothing! Really great service and really understanding people. What more could I ask for!

Very pleasant with the doctor and all the staff there. The office is Beautiful as well, tastefully decorated. Highly recommend. I was just wondering, someone complains about $$ or prescription cost, that really is your insurance policy. It has nothing to do with the doctor… For somebody that’s not that smart, instead of wasting time reviewing the Doc, please sit down and read, learn, study or something… Because you act totally stxxxd

The office initially prescribed me a drug that was extremely out of my price range. When I called back for an alternate prescription, the office never returned my call, despite verbally promising to do so with an update on my prescription. A week later, I called back to check in to see if there was something wrong with said medication. Only then did they inform me that they had prescribed an alternative and discuss treatment with me. When I went to pick up the new prescription, I found they had yet again outlandishly prescribed me something without my knowledge, in addition to the medication they had discussed on the phone with me.
By this point, I was extremely frustrated with the office. I immediately called back to inquire my medication situation, only to receive minimal explanations and platitudes. I asked to remove myself from their care, and was hung up on. Though in the office I was treated professionally, by Dr. Nyugen, I have received nothing but rudeness and ineptitude by reception and staff over the phone.
In short, great doctor, but awful staff that turned a satisfactory experience very sour.

Dr. Nguyen is great! She is so friendly, we felt right at home. She was very informative about my son’s skin condition and set us up for an effective plan to heal his skin.
The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
The office is fresh and comfortable.
Overall, Dermatology Solutions is a good place to come!

I was a former patient of Dr Nguyen’s so I went to see her at her new practice. The office itself is nice and the appointment was great. However, 6 months later, I am now getting a bill for $ 400. The experience with the billing manager is hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor’s office (and I am a nurse). When I called, upset about my bill, the manager told me «it’s actually not a lot of money» and «well, if you went to the ER you would pay $ 500 for a chest X-​ray.» Then she told me she didn’t need my attitude, because I pointed out that it may not seem like a lot of money to her because she doesn’t have to pay it.
An update (³⁄₂₀₁₆): Dr Nguyen was willing to work with me and reduce the amount I owed to $ 200. She is an exceptional doctor and I don’t question her expertise or her character. I stand by my statements about her billing manager, as the above is word for word what was said to me. To sum it up: excellent MD/​very poorly run office. I will certainly go back if/​when Dr Nguyen gets rid of her poisonous billing manager.
