Sane as everybody else on here. He said he would sell my engagement ring. 4 years later and 1000 dollars short he won’t answer my phone calls. His «business» address is in fact a ups store. It’s from his home and I don’t have that address. Flat out crook!

The Owner of Diamonds and More– Bill Anderson is a fraud. He sells manipulated (Clarity Enhanced) diamonds. He sold hundreds of thousands of dollars of overpriced and fake diamonds to so many friends and family. He must be put in jail for all of the lies and money he has stolen from people. If you live in the state of Arizona PLEASE BE WARE of this man and his bad business. I agree with the other two posters here, William «Bill» Anderson is a crook. DO NOT BUY any jewelry from this man or you will risk spending your hard earned money. I have done extensive background search on him and he has been taken to court more than a few times last year and has lost/settled to his victims.

Horrible horrible business. The owner completely screwed over my friend and then was horribly unprofessional to her on the phone. He also had the audacity to pretty much call her a b*tch. I won’t say what he actually said because it was very rude. I’m shocked that someone could be so unprofessional to a person who gave him business, was patient, and when he did not do his part and went MIA, he treats a woman like that.
I will never do business with this jeweler and I will make sure none of my family and friends do either. Sharing this across all social media channels.
