Dynamic Rehab

Just found out they’d been lying to me for a year about who was covering my therapy expenses. I was in an accident and they said the insurance for the guy who hit me was paying. They didn’t tell me this once, they told me every time I asked if visits were still covered over many many visits. «Do I need to pay?» «Nope, you’re covered» every time.
I’m am shocked at how the billing and communication has been managed. Apparently I have an extremely large bill now in the form of a medical lein.
I found this out through my attorney. Dynamic has not communicated this to me directly even to this day. I was actively deceived about coverage and cost. I tried to call and investigate but the billing department is «gone for the day» even though they just talked to my attorney on the phone.
Stay away.

Seriously, they have best staff ever. So friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful. They go out of there way to make sure you have the best treatment possible. I have worked with all 3 of their woman’s wellness physical therapists. They are all super pleasant, friendly, and fun to talk to. It’s like you are making friends while going to physical therapy. I hope I don’t need therapy again but if I do, this is where I’m going to go. It was hard to find a physical therapist that offered woman’s wellness therapy but I’m glad I did my research and found the best one out there. Highly recommended.

I’ve been sentenced to six weeks of therapy post-​broken wrist and I love this place! The staff inspires your trust and my results have been remarkable with each visit. I would say anyone in need of physical therapy should try getting in to this place. Lisa Harris-​Jordan is an excellent Certified Hand Therapist.

I love this office. It’s conveniently located next to the Banner Gateway Hospital, right off of the 60. They treat a number of issues including hand, body, and sports injuries as well as women’s issues.
I go here for the women’s wellness program and I couldn’t be happier about my experience here. The office staff is unbelievable – they greet clients by name and are so accommodating. The office is new, clean, and well organized. They always have at least two receptionists at the front at all times. I’ve never had to wait to sign in.
The women’s wellness therapist, Kristal, is an absolute gem to work with. It’s a very… ahem…intimate form of physical therapy to say the least, and Kristal makes the process bearable. She is an educated physical therapist that genuinely seeks for overall patient wellness.
I have had a decrease in pelvic pain and I will continue to go to Dynamic Rehab as long as my insurance will allow it. If you are suffering from any female issue (endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, menopausal issues, sexual dysfunction, etc.) I recommend trying out their women’s wellness program. It is an innovative and unique approach to healing.
