DO NOT hire this person or company. He did not complete the job that was agreed upon. Everything he did «repair» was done horribly and unprofessional and needs to be redone. He never returned the key to the house and went back in after he said he was «finished» and stole stuff. He agreed to refund me a portion of the money, of course he never paid. I tried to contact him several times and he never contacted me back. He is untrustworthy and not a handyman. Save your money and frustration and hire someone else. I am taking legal actions against him.
