Disappointed. When I dropped off my drapes to be shortened the woman I assume to be the tailor told me they’d be ready the next day. they were
when I did get them back and hung up there’s so many threads hanging off bottom. very sloppy work for a whopping 30 bucks

I have gone here for years. The prices have increased but it’s still a fair value and it’s close to my home. Only issue is last month I picked up my cleaning and a few days later when I took the plastic off to retrieve a skirt I found 2 items that were not mine. I promptly returned the items to the store hoping my skirt would surface. They told me it could take weeks for someone to return it but it’s been a good month plus and nothing has turned up, nor did management offer anything to make it right. It was a black Banana Republic pencil skirt, they found one similar but it wasn’t mine.

Took a suit to be dry cleaned and to have a button reattached. Went in 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (next day) and the suit was crumbled up on their counter untouched. Rude service when I asked what the problem was. Don’t waste your time or money!

I live half the year in Gilbert and have been coming here for years. I’ve taken my dry cleaning to expensive places and here and the only difference is this place is faster and I have less problems! Their work is always good and any issues I have they take care of. Now that they’re green you couldn’t pay me to switch. It amazes me that people go anywhere else. I wish we had the same service in Denver.
