I wish I could give no stars but sadly I must give one. I was required to take CPR and First Aid to do an emergency respite job for the foster care agency I work for so I went through the the American Heart Association website and found this company. I registered for a class upcoming on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I got a text message that the instructor had a family emergency and class would be cancelled that day. I had to have the CPR certification by Wednesday at 2pm so I asked what my options were, and they told me to come to class at 6pm which I wasn’t able to since it was my sons birthday that day hence why I signed up for a class during the day. They offered to let me take the class at the same location at the same time the following day and stated I would be done by 1:00 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early but the door was locked. I waited until 9:55 and tried again and it was still locked so I texted the number asking if someone would confirm I had class that day. At 10:00 am I called the number and left a voicemail asking for someone to call me back and let me know if there was a miscommunication because I would need to find another class as soon as possible. No response. Hours later I received a return phone call but it was a pocket dial and no one responded. Still haven’t heard anything back which is highly unprofessional. I wasted time and gas and was really put in a bind!
