Frankie D’s Salon and Spa

Overall the service was okay. But can use some help. I had a mani pedi today and was able to pick a color from the 27 polishes on the wall. My fingers were not soaked, cuticles were Untouched and could have been cleaned up. No massage or lotion was given either. I paid for a manicure and basically received a polish change. On top of that not all my previous polish was removed. The pedicure was about the same. The cuticles were pushed back, but not cleaned up. I received little lotion and massage and still have cracks on my heels. I used a groupon here that i paid $ 30 for and overall. It could have been better spend on a real mani pedi.

Went there with blonde highlights and some low lights they were really warm which I told the stylist I didn’t want warm just ash showed her a picture of what I wanted and we talked for a while and got a game plan she did partial highlights using light in the front and dark in the back. She said she was going to use a toner I had no clue the cost because she NEVER mentioned it. I read the process online for haircut 35 and partial highlight 65. Well after I walk up I was charged 170 dollars! and then she says I couldn’t have given you a cost before hand because I didn’t know. My hair looks the same just more yellow I called the next day and the owner told me she saw me that night and it looked fine and that she noticed I was surprised with the cost. I hate my hair is damaged not what I wanted and I paid an insane amount which is not right to do to someone my advice is to steer clear of this place! I am reporting them to the business burrow not right to falsely charge someone!

I am just going to say that Tiffany was really rough on me and I did not achieve the relaxation that I wanted. She went all rough and I told her to go light and she did but went back to being rough. Sadly, I do not recommend getting a massage from Tiffany unless you are a regular and enjoy her sessions then that is a different story.
After that disappointed session, I went to another massage place that is right behind frankie d’s and got the massage and relaxation that I wanted. I would rather go to that place rather see Tiffany because to get a massage in where you want to have your sore areas worked out shouldn’t have to be a painful session — it should be a relaxing session and stress free — well with Tiffany it was painful and stressful.
And after that session I noticed a greenish bruise on my left arm. A massage shouldn’t leave you with bruises. If you do plan to get a massage at Frankie D’s, just be careful.

Peggy has done my hair since about 6 years ago and I have recommended her with so many of my friends and family, who now also go to her all the time. I can honestly say I wont let anyone touch my hair but her, she always does an amazing job, I can trust her to try different cuts because she always makes my hair look awesome, and its not my hair is Peggy that is a true artist, BEST HAIR STYLIST EVER.

This place was absolutely horrible! I will NEVER go back. I showed Peggy (the hairdresser that I had) A picture of what I wanted and she turned my hair yellow with a tint of orange. It was so bad you could barely see my hair just my scalp. When I mentioned to Peggy it was NOT at all what I wanted she started arguing with me telling me it «looked nice and was a nice color»! 25 years of experience and she tells me my hair that was yellow looked «nice»? Not only was it yellow but it was nothing comparable to what I asked for! Then once I spoke and brought it to the owners (Betty’s) attention she agreed with me & said it didn’t look right that it needed toner. I told them I did not want Peggy touching my hair again after she completely ruined my hair & gave me attitude and argued with me on how it looked. Then Betty the owner raised her voice with me and said I owed her $ 85 even thou I was completely unsatisfied and had to go somewhere else to spend more money to fix it. As I went to make a payment I requested for her business card & license number and at that time she told me to «get the hell out of her salon and to find another cheap temporary hair dresser somewhere else»!!
I had to go to a different salon where they were definitely a lot more capable & professional!!!
