Gilbert Smiles

My procedure is complete! After insurance, it was $ 167 instead of the over $ 5,000 quoted by the other dentist. Dr. Swain even called to see if Red Mountain took care of me! Gilbert Smiles is definitely my dentist practice from now on!

Dr. Swain is great, and his hygienists are great. The office staff is kind of rude, and I’m kind of over the way I have been treated over the years, so it looks like I will be finding a new dentist.

I have nothing negative to say about this dentist office. I scheduled for a cleaning they were polite and attentive. They offered me to get all my new hire paperwork filled out before my my actual appointment. I just printed it off their website and completed it so I didn’t have to sit and wait long to be brought back. The wait wasn’t long at all and complimentary water is always nice to have. My hygienist Stacy was really sweet she and I had nice conversation and she gave me the remote to choose what channel I wanted to watch or listen to while she went to work. My favorite part was getting to choose the flavor of my polish. The Cinnamon flavor was really tasty and I don’t regret getting it. Overall a very easy going first visit. The first of many visits I will be back. looks like I need my wisdom teeth removed. I’ve been trying to avoid it for awhile, but if im going to want that Invisaline then I need more room in my tiny mouth

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is so unknowldegeable. I have dental insurance and before they complete any service they give you a price statement so you know what will be out of pocket and what is covered. I was taken back for a routine cleaning and afterwards they claimed they had to do extra cleaning and I had to pay almost $ 80 out of pocket for no reason that I never consented to. My husband also ended up with the same problem except he cost $ 80 per side for what should be no cost to us twice a year with our coverage.
Then we were given quotes for the three cavities I had, ended up $ 375 out of pocket to start and was told that would be all. Then I get a collection letter from them saying I owed $ 695 more because it turns out my insurance doesn’t cover the materials he uses! I never got a choice! Save your money, find a different dentist.
