I decided to look into replacing my 25 year old A/C before the heat really kicked in so in early May, 2014 I began this journey. After getting several estimates for a new A/C and furnace, I chose Isley’s. I felt as though all my questions were answered and I was getting a great product for a reasonable price. I ended up with a Trane unit and after thoroughly researching Trane I felt comfortable with that brand name as well. The salesmen Dereck did a thorough inspection of my house before determining what was best for my home. The installers were great to work with and got everything completed in one day(despite the fact that gas lines had to be moved and electrical issues had to be resolved). I appreciate this company also for courteous office employees. For me, this was a lot of money but I was offered a 4 year no interest loan which was a blessing. I have already noticed that I’m saving money on my SRP bill with this more efficient unit which will help pay off the unit even earlier. I received a follow– up phone call from the salesperson to make sure everything went as planned. Thanks Isley’s for a job well done.

I came into contact with Isley’s Home Services through SRP’s Discounted A/C 16 point Checkup program. I opted to go with a higher level 40 point inspection since it is a good deal. Initially there was confusion about a warranty purchase and the total cost but they were quick and professional in responding to me and I was impressed in the way they handled the situation. They definitely put the client first and I would recommend and use them again.
