Karla is hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with! We were referred by a good friend and she instantly treated us like family. Not only did she go above and beyond with helping us find a rental that suited our needs, she walked us through the entire process of signing and made sure we were treated with respect from the company who we’re renting from. Karla will be my first pick when I purchase my first home!

Karla is not just our real estate agent who patiently shows us house after house. She is also our trusted advisor, and we consider her our friend. She helped us find a rental house when we relocated to Chandler from Tucson. She worked hard to find us houses in the area we liked at the rent we could afford. She scheduled viewings around when we could visit. And then she helped us through the rental process, even helping us check out existing damage and taking photos before we moved in. But she didn’t stop there. We still want to buy a house and though we are still months away, she looks up homes and shows us prospects when we find something we like. She has learned our desires and needs, and is helping us find the perfect house. You can’t go wrong with Karla working for you.

Karla does a great job taking care of her clients, and going the extra mile. I worked along side Karla for a few years, and let me tell you — no one does a better job. She knows the real estate market inside and out, and is always happy to pass along her expertise.
Don’t hesitate to partner with Karla if you are looking to buy your first house or last! She always has your best interests in mind and will take care of you like you are a long time friend. Need to see a house on a weekend/​evening, no problem! Not to mention, she gives great closing gifts!
