Ken’s Steam Away

I’ve been using Ken’s Steam Away for the past 12 years. The past 2 times I had my carpet cleaned I used someone else because I was led to believe a new technique was better. The other company did a really nice job… but Ken’s Steam Away cost ¹⁄₃ LESS $$ and my carpets were just as clean as the other company! Hey I’m honest and I like to try new things every now and then. But the truth is, sometimes you just have to stick with the best. (In this case, your wallet will thank you too!)
No chemicals, hard working couple, and they always give it 100%.

IF I COULD PUT ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD !!! This company has the WORST customer service EVER! I mean, really with so many people taking to social media to post reviews about companies, you would think companies would get a clue. NOT THIS COMPANY! I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned a week ago, they told me between 9 – 10 today. 9:07 am I called to check what time they would be there, they said we are coming from S. Gilbert we’ll be there within the hour. 9:55 am I call back, they are at POWER RD and something, I am in Central Scottsdale !!! I took the morning off for these clowns!

When I purchased my new home, I knew I would have to find a company to come in and give the carpets and tile a nice deep clean. When it comes to carpet cleaning there are many options out there, so I did some digging. With a referral from my dad I decided to Try Ken’s Steam Away. It is a family ran business, who have taken good care of my dads house, so I decided to give it a go. I called and got an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the exact day and time I needed. Ken, his wife and son showed up on time and ready to work! They were able to get 4 bedrooms of carpet and all the tile through out my house done in about 2 hours. They were very friendly, informative, affordable and most importantly did a GREAT job. They were able to get all the stains out of my carpet, but one and made the tile look brand new! They left me a free bottle of their carpet cleaner and told me to use that on any stains that didn’t come out and give them a call back. Unfortunately I have been so busy moving in I haven’t called them back yet, but as soon as I do I know they will get me taken care of! Thanks so much for making my new house look like it has brand new carpet and tile! Great job!
