This place is currently transitioning to a new manager. Her name is Kelly T and she will revive this place and change customer service. Kelly is all about having a clean salon and you will sure see a difference. Kelly was number one in Casa Grande and will surely be number one here too. When she is focused she has a «mean» face on but don’t take it personally. I swear she is a catch and such a great person to know. She will lighten up your day. Cheers to you Kelly!

I just moved here and was looking for a good nail salon and since this place I thought I would try it out. I called 2 days prior and made an appointment. When I arrived they didn’t even have my info down and weren’t ready for me. The gentleman who was going to do my nails smelt like cigarettes and kept having to get up to ring other people up so it took 2 ½ hrs to get a soak off gel pedi & a new set put on. I know that good work takes time but that’s crazy and it’s been almost 2 wks and my nails are already lifting and need to be done bad. I normally can go 3 – 5 wks in between nail appointments but not here. I won’t be coming back and will continue to look for a good place.

Nail techs were rude. My friend showed them a design and they could not duplicate it. After she said she wasn’t happy with it they were nasty. Three times she had to go through them painting and removing her polish. They made you feel like they were messing up on purpose, and they charged her full price.

*I had to come back and edit this. My 4 yr old can do a better job! HORRIBLE! I should’ve walked out without paying. They used my polish and I’m going to have to redo!* The first time I visit a nail establishment I simply get a polish change to see quality of work and customer service. The service was rushed and impersonal and the polish was messy and careless. I won’t be back. I’d give NOSTARS if I could.

We have been going to this place for four years and have always had a great experience. We suspect that it has recently come under new ownership due to the lack of customer service. I took my two daughters in today, I to get a pedicure, and they got manicures. First of all, it smelled of cigarette smoke and body odor when we entered though the door. Secondly, it took my second daughter about 20 minutes to get someone to acknowledge her. One of my daughters received a gel manicure of which she said was absolutely horrid. The man cut too deep into one of her cuticles making her draw blood, he then proceeded to put acrylic glue on the wound to try to stop the bleeding. She said it stung and the glue wouldn’t come off of her skin. She also informed me that she did not receive a lotion massage that comes with every manicure and the man(owner) who was doing her nails seemed to be very rushed. My other daughter received a regular manicure. She could have done a better job herself at 11 years-old. I received a well done pedicure. I loved mine! However, the lack of customer service my daughters received was not worth the $ 75 I spent. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone who is seeking a good quality manicure or decent customer service. Well, time to find a new salon!

So far I like it I prefer Paula for my nails & Tammy c for my Pedi’s. They do a great complaints. The ambiance is nice & its clean.

Paula and the staff went out of their way to do my nails. Very sweet people and did great job with a lot of polish options. My only complaint is they charged my little little kid the price of an adult for a mani and pedi(not worth it). Other than that my nails look great(pics posted).

Don’t ever come here. Horrible service. All the positive reviews are made by the owners. It’s interesting how they manage to trick their customers into expensive treatments and badmouthing them afterward.

The person I had was super nice and fixed a snag in my thumb nail without even asking. A Foursquare tip said there’s a 5% discount for cash but I didn’t see it until later so I’m not sure if that’s true or not. They had a $ 5 discount for gel nails but I just had a regular manicure. They did a great job!

Do not go here. Staff agreed to a price for a service then the manager added $ 10 at the end. When I complained he told me not to «fight» with him and to just pay what he wanted and never come back. Also was charged an extra $ 15 for a design on my nails that just didn’t turn out well. The lines are crooked. I would’ve complained but I could tell the guy was just doing his best but wasn’t experienced. He had to have someone else finish. If you want«lavish» designs on your nails you can have a better selection, better quality job, have it done quicker and pay less elsewhere.

Just moved to the area and went in for a quick fill last Friday. Should have taken the time to go to my usual place– my nails are breaking after 5 days. Too bad. I won’t go back here.

Great customer service most of the time… LOVE the pink and white nails… they really have some of the best nail techs for gels. The manager is a bit weird, but if you look past him you’ll have a good experience. :)
