Lets Grow Studio has great instructors with a wide variety of classes at different intensity levels. The instructors are always very supportive and try to get you to push yourself harder every class. It’s an all around wonderful place to workout. Barre and Body Pump are my favorites!

After I moved here I immediately started looking for a new place to work out. I was doing pure barre back home, but I needed something with childcare. This is the third place I tried, and my kids and I both loved it instantly. It is the perfect fit for all of us. I love that they have classes for my three-​year-​old, but she also has fun while I work out. My kids adore the teacher that watches them while I exercise, and my daughter has a blast doing yoga and Zumba. It is very affordable. I wish the classes were slightly more intense, as that is what I am used to, but they are great and fun and a good workout!

My wife has been attending the prenatal yoga class for some time now and she absolutely loves it. She tried other prenatal classes at other places but nothing compares to this place. She feels so relaxed and happy after the class that she keeps telling how much she would love if it was available more than once a week. I went once with her and I can see why she likes it so much. The instructor is very nice and helpful. She really takes the time to explain and teach every posit and how they can be beneficial during labor. The place also has several other class options which my wife is planning to partake in after delivery because they teach you how to lose the baby weight quicker than any other place. If you like taking classes than this place is for you. It’s a small family environment where you can get to know others and they regularly have contests so there is always a goal to achieve while having lots of fun.

I have been coming to this studio for the Prenatal Yoga class (instructor is Kayla) for 3 weeks now and I absolutely LOVE IT! Every single time I leave feeling so strong, empowered & happy that I get to experience this class with my growing baby belly.
This is my second pregnancy and I wish I would have had this class back then but I’m so glad I do now! It’s a combination of flow movements, holding poses for the length of a typical contraction (one minute), as well as relaxation & positive thinking. It really grounds me and makes me feel more present in this pregnancy.
The instructor, Kayla, is so helpful with great advice on labor positions, stretching & birthing resources. She’s so incredibly sweet and I absolutely love her as the instructor.
I would highly recommend this to any pregnant Mommy whether it’s your first, second, third, etc. pregnancy… You will love this class & studio!

I’ve been going to the mommy and me yoga class for infants for about 6 weeks now and I just love it! Such a beautiful studio! Kayla, the instructor, is very knowledgable and does a great job balancing infant interaction with yoga poses. It’s a great class to meet other moms, bond with your baby, and get your body moving. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere where moms are able to feed or change baby during class. We look forward to it every week!

Great studio to keep your family happy and healthy! I love the classes here because they offer everything from mommy and me (with my baby), kids classes so my son doesn’t feel left out and Adult classes that include daycare!

This studio is BEAUTIFUL! The instructors are fun and energetic. My daughters really love the kids Zumba that is offered here. Definitely a great place to get your sweat on!

The zumba classes are a blast! My 2 year old also loves going to her classes there too. She takes yoga and zumba! Very happy we found this place! I think this will be the perfect place for her 3rd birthday party!

I found this amazing studio by chance and absolutely LOVE it!!! The classes, instructors, and owner are so sweet, friendly and helpful. My kids have done sports, zumba & yoga while I’ve immensely enjoyed zumba & yoga. They’re also adding barre classes soon which I am excited to try. The studio/​boutique is cozy, family friendly and (although not an issue for me) offer childcare at their neighboring daycare. Get your kids off the couch, video games, tablets, laptops… & do yourself & your family a favor and sign up!!!

I had my daughter’s 7th bday party here. We did a zumba party and yoga spa party. They put so much effort into making her party special and specific to her, it was so much fun! I 100% recommend the studio for a party!

Such a beautiful studio! Very welcoming and has that home-​y feeling that I love. The kids LOVE all the classes, it’s so great seeing them walk out of class giggling with a huge smile after class. I have done all of the adult classes (Zumba, yoga, and core fit) and they rock! I was a first time Zumba-​er so I was a little nervous, but the instructor kris made me feel so comfortable. The core fit class was awesome, I was sore the next day! Susan the instructor is so motivating :) the classes are great for beginners or for the more active adult, because you can perform at any level with the activities she gives you. Overall, a great studio with a variety of classes for kids and adults.

Great family friendly studio for kids and adults with a full schedule of kids classes and yoga. Open area outside the main studio with a unique selection of kids dance wear. Child care available next door at Watch Me Grow. Studio is spacious and inviting, memberships and drop in rates are reasonable and competitively priced for the area.
