Contacted Jill for help in a flooded room. I didn’t want to involve my insurance for fear that the rate would go up. Jill was clear, professional, prompt, and very friendly. She gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be done, the time frame it needed to be done in, and what it would cost me. The work was done exactly the way she quoted me, and repaired better than new. Jill is the type of person I would highly recommend if you ever need anything. Thank you Jill for helping my family through this crisis!

Jill the owner provided misguided claims knowledge which cost me more money and additional stress. Once she found out we weren’t going thru insurance she became rude and difficult to work with. If you really need help with water damage this is the last place to call.

Jill and Tanner are wonderful. Our house was entirely flooded and when we were told that they were coming, they came right away! They knew what they were doing and saved the day! We had to have the fans on for a few days but it did the job! Jill answered every phone call I had, answered all of the questions and dealt with me panicking (which I appreciate the most). She make me feel like she was there for us, and she really was! Tanner worked hard and came over every day to check up on the progress. I can not thank them enough! If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you thank you!
