I was at the urgent care today and was treated with the utmost respect. Megan at the front desk, offered to check with my insurance to make sure I was covered since I was an out of state visitor so I did not have to do it since I was not feeling well. Bob was very professional in taking my vital and health information. Dr. McFann was very thorough in my exam and explained to me what was wrong and what she could do for me. I was out of there within an hour after stepping through the front door. I was a little apprehensive because of being from out of state and away from home but the entire staff made me feel «at home». I felt better just leaving there after such good treatment. Thank you MedPost Arizona!

We have used this place 3 times in the last month. Once for a cold/cough, week later when my husband fell off a ladder and needed to make sure his foot wasn’t broken, and today with my daughter when she cut her toe open. I cannot say enough good things about this place! In and out usually within an hour, this place is clean, friendly and it’s making us very spoiled for quick ‘emergencies’. They have my highest recommendation! We were also pleasantly surprised they are equipped with X-ray machines!

What a horrendous place. Went in for a spider bite. They made me wait 30 minutes when NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE. I was actually the only person in the office beside staff (2 people). Went in because I’m paranoid about bug bites. The «doctor» told me there was no sign of infection but as a «precautionary» measure gave me THREE prescriptions for «preventative» purposes — including antibiotics. Needless to say I won’t be back.

The center was new and clean, the staff was welcoming and efficient. I took my 4 yo son here and they did a great job-very quick in and out in under 30 min! Would use them again in future.
