This place in my mind has always sucked. The prices are higher than other yogurt pumps for no particular reason. They don’t have really a great flavor selection. Their yogurt is usually over soft or over icy. And now you have to wait for a cashier to give you a sample cup… instead of just asking for a few sample cups… or better yet having a few sample cups out already for customers– are these places ripped off that much? Seriously. Everytime I go in here it’s dead and I am sure the above reasons have something to do with that. Also, this time my husband and I went in there and heard the owner’s mother arguing with one of the young workers in the back. It didn’t sound good. Then the girl comes out to help us and they follow her and carry on their conversation(not professional) while we are there trying to pick out yogurt and get samples. The holier than thou mother had the poor girl worked up and red faced talking about matters that should be addressed in an office. Then we could still hear them berate her while we sat outside to eat our $ 9 yogurt. We see the girl on the floor with a bucket and sponge scrubbing the floor(which is an ugly choice of stained concrete) still defending herself to them while they sat up on the table eating yogurt watching her slave away. We went back and had to say something because it was like Amy’s Baking Company cray-cray but like Amy’s Baking Co this went over the owner’s mom’s head and all she wants is a clean store– lady! That is not why you have no customers! The poor cashier was used to thinking this was her fault and tried to take the blame… hopefully she will move on from this abusive relationship in a dime a dozen job. As for Orange Leaf– I am sorry but if this is the way you run your business then you really deserve to go out of business. We will never go back there again– and neither should you– their yogurt is sub par compared to other pumps nearby.

I should have known better walking into a dirty empty yogurt shop on a Friday night. Most the time these places are popping in Gilbert. All the machines were dirty, and he store had an odd smell. We went in tried some flavors, and all their flavors tasted sour. It was so bad that we had to walk out.

I’ve been to several self-serve yogurt places around the valley and I thought they were all the same. Not this Orange Leaf! I was waiting for my wife and daughters while they shopped at the nearby Target and I sauntered into this Orange Leaf. There were a bunch of customers inside figuring out what they wanted. The COOL thing was the O.L. staff person was helping them and making recommendations! I’m used to some sad-faced teen at other yogurt joints shrug as they slowly refill toppings and take your money. I was taking a look at some of the flavors when she approached me(am bad with names, think hers was Hailee?? SP??), asked me if I had any questions, or wanted to try some samples. I tried white chocolate raspberry and cinnamon roll(I ended up getting the white chocolate raspberry… HIGHLY recommended!). In the meantime, when she wasn’t checking someone out or helping with samples, she was really going the extra mile to keep the toppings tidy and the place presentable. I was ready to make my purchase when a rather sullen gent was paying. Hailee handled him with such grace and care — she’s a really positive person! Great flavors in this store! Excellent toppings! Stellar music! OUTSTANDING customer service! I’m definitely coming back here!

Good place for kids. The place was clean and I like the décor. The price was decent as well. New to the area and I was glad I found this place to take the kids for some frozen yogurt on a hot day, which is pretty much on a daily basis here in AZ for 2 – 3 months of the year. Will definitely come back again!

I gave this establishment 3 stars just because I like a few other flavors at other local frozen yogurt places more. The customer service here was great though. Overall, it was good but not my favorite in the area.

Chocolate raspberry was off the hook good! They would get a 5 star but the employee was texting incessantly. She was friendly when she stopped to ring people up, but I witnessed other clients walking in and doing a snort of disgust. One of them was pretty verbal about it. I responded that I agreed with her but the chocolate raspberry was good enough to get me to come back. She tried it and agreed(although still disgusted with lack of professionalism).

My son loves this place, the orange and pineapple yogurt he goes crazy for. He fills his cup to the top every time… Love it!

This is the absolute BEST self serve I’ve been to. The owner is very polite and generous. It was very clean and all the fixings were stocked. It even had toys for my kid to play with. Will definitely go back to this place soon.

Our family ate here for desert and it was great. The owner was in and very personable and even gave us some yogurt to take home on the house, will definitely be back.

Disappointed. I purchased the groupon and when you purchase it gives you four separate coupons for 6 dollars. My two boys and I put our yogurt on the counter. And was told I could only use 1 $ 6 coupon with the order. I tried to explain I purchased all together. She told me I could only use one and if I used more that would be like her giving me free yogurt??? What??? I purchased the groupon. $ 14 later I decided I’ll let the other three groupons expire.

I recently visited Phoenix and was fortunate to visit this yogurt shop. As someone who considers themselves a frozen yogurt fanatic, I can confirm that this is the greatest frozen yogurt chain in the universe — yes, the universe. 1. It’s cheap, more so than a lot of other yogurt joints. 2. They have a HUGE variety of flavors that get switched out regularly, so there’s always a few flavors you like but you’ll never get tired of the selection. My favorites have included Salted Caramel, Irish Mint, Graham Cracker, Pecans & Pralines, PB&J, the ever-present Red Velvet… yeah, maybe I’ve come here too often. The bad thing about this is that you’ll find an amazing flavor one week, then you come back a couple weeks later and it’s gone. 3. Lots of yummy toppings! 4. It’s self-serve, so if you want to mix Dutch Chocolate and NY Cheesecake to get Chocolate Cheesecake, you can. Or mix up some weirder flavors. They have a couple of sorbet choices, as well.

I was not aware that this place charges $.50 an ounce for their yogurt. Haven’t been there in a while before today, but this was definitely much pricier than last time we visited. They do not post the price on the wall like they used to so beware! I was shocked to spend just under $ 25 on yogurt for myself and my three kids. I have also never been impressed with the yogurt selection here but it is the closest yogurt shop to our house. Last point – I think it’s a little stingy for them to get your samples for you and agree its gross that they put their dirty hands all over the little cup that you put in your mouth. I don’t think any other self serve yogurt places get your samples like this. We won’t be returning unless there is a great deal on Groupon.

I’m a froyo junkie and I’m never too excited about their yogurt but still check it out every now and then to see if they have anything good. I have to say it annoys the crap out of me you have to ask for samples and I’m pretty sure it annoys the people that work there too since that’s the attitude they have when you ask. I think I’ll drive the extra 7 minutes to yogurtland where the yogurt is better and I can have all the samples I want

Horrible experience. Rude staff, yogurt didn’t taste great. Yogurt land is just up the street and is 100x better!

OK, I love the flavors at this place, and the price is good. The location is great. However they reciently started having the attendant do the sample cups for you… he does not wear cloves and that is gross. I might have to find a different place now.

Tasty yogurt flavors and tons of toppings! The strawberries are always so sweet and ripe. Great froyo spot. However, girl behind the counter was short with me though when I presented a Unilocal offer I had purchased. She said that only their other location accepted the offer when I purchased it from this specific locations page. I was irritated walking away with the rudely provided misinformation.

This is definitely my favorite of the east valley yogurt shops. I love their tart, orange, and pineapple flavors, and the fruit always looks great to toss on top. Yum — just wish it was closer to my house.

Well, in more recent visits here the flavor selection is really limited, and not good. They usually have 1SF flavor now and it’s not good. The regular yogurt itself is just so-so. Not nearly as creamy and delicious as it used to be. When stores change hands you can usually tell a difference. Sorry!

Would have loved to try the product. My family and my sisters family went together after I had bought a Groupon and had one for me and one for her(paying separate). The clerk would not let us use it so we left very dissapointed and walked over to Udder Delights and had a great time.

Its nearly impossible to find a good yogurt place here in Arizona. All the best I been to have been in California. For the time being and will earn my business is Orange Leaf as nearby and good. This places has all my favorites, boba balls, whip cream, fudge, cut brownies, and MULTI — CUTFRUIT… while others pretty much cut the fruit in half making you throw huge chunks of heavy weights in the bowl making you spend more. The only thing missing is hot fudge which I do miss from those California ones that I been to. The atmosphere is OK, like any Yogurt place cold and plastic feeling is what you will get. pretty much serve, eat and run before your blood freezes over. The staff is friendly and nice. They do keep the choices restocked even before closing hours. Still hate the tip jar for a self serve place…(-½ star) Overall: Many choices of yogurt and toppings, remember to ask for whip cream… friendly and clean environment with plenty of sitting room around makes this place my choice to go for in the valley for a good evening or afternoon snack…
