Our office has a small desktop color laser printer that recently went on the fritz. I called around to a few different repair shops. None of the people I talked to had any confidence in what might be happening, but were all willing to charge $ 40 – 50 to come take a look and diagnose it. When I called Precision, the guy who answered was courteous, spoke with authority about the kinds of problems they see with our line of printer(including the likely issue based on my description of the problem), and provided options. For us, the best option is to get a new printer, and Precision even shared their opinion of which printers to look at for our needs. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air after a long morning of calling around to other printer repair shops.
