Been coming here for years. Lily & Tiffany are both very talented, diligent yet efficient too. I usually do a gel mani or gel acrylic & it last 2 – 3 weeks. Lots of color selection. Very happy, friendly & hard working staff

I went here the other day for the first time. I needed a fill and I got gel polish on top.
First off, when I got there the lady that was going to do my nails wasn’t there yet, so I waited 45 minutes for her to show up. Then, she started she was using the filing tool they have and cut the underneath tip of my finger, deep. I can understand, that sometimes your hand slips or the machine does, I get it, but there was no common sense there. She was just not paying any attention at all and didn’t have me wash my hands or anything after, just let my finger continue to bleed with no apology of any kind. Then when she finished my nails, she went to lotion my hands, but instead of getting up and getting the lotion from behind her, she just sprayed cuticle oil and alcohol all over my hands, do you know how bad it hurts to get alcohol sprayed on an open wound. Holy hell. I will never be coming back here and I advise everyone the same.

Came here with my daughter because it was close to our house. Sat in the chair for 20 mins before our pedicure was started. The lady doing my daughter was SUPER slow. Toes looked bad! Then did gel manicure and she kept messing up. Will not be back. Go some where else!

I highly recommend this place and my nail tech Lily. She did a phenomenal job with my manicure. She’s very talented and listens to what I want done. I’ve only had two pro Mani done and the first one didn’t really do that great of a job. QV is by my neighborhood so I decided to try it. I’m glad I did. I’m coming for my second appointment with lily soon and I’m sure she’ll be doing a great job again. Picking out my next nail art design now.

I went there a couple weeks ago for a full set. Showed a picture from Unilocal,from their salon of what I wanted, got quoted $ 70, it looked like a lot of work so I thought it was a fair price.
Kevin did my nails, told me he’d do something nicer, I was a bit hesitant but decided to see what he did. It was «cute», don’t get me wrong but $ 70 worth of «cute» & what really bothered me is he knew how much I was quoted for the one job… didn’t reduce the price at all… it wasn’t have the detail… and I feel like he took advantage of me.
On a positive note, I loved how thin he made my nails, but I won’t be back.

Under new management as of April 2014, this salon was bought by Lily (formerly of Obebe Nails) and she’s amazing! I’ve been going to her for years for pedicures, full sets and even an occasional brow waxing. The spa is clean, the designs are great, the staff is friendly and I am always very happy with the results. Definitely worth trying again under this new management if you are in the area.

Long wait today. They stuck me in a chair so I wouldn’t leave. Not nice. The stars are based on past service which is hit or miss. I have been here about 25 times overall. Come here in a pinch.

I’m honestly very surprised at the fact that this had so many stars and such good reviews. I’ve been here about 4 times now because it’s just down the street from my house. I was excited because it was so conviently located. Just the other day I went along with a friend, we stopped in to treat ourselves post workout. We were pleased to discover that it wasn’t very busy at all. We signed in our names and asked them if they could be done by at least 4:30 because I had work. That gave them about an hour and 15 minutes. They made it seem like no problem at all and got my friend seated for her pedicure right away. As they worked on her I searched for a color. Two other girls walked in and signed in as well, I continued to wait. It had been about 25 minutes and they took one of the girl that came in after me! One employee finished with his customer and instead of helping me say around. There were at least two employees not helping people but I continues to wait. Bored and agitated, I decided to go sit over by my friend. I mentioned we would probably just leave right after she was don’t because we were short on time. He removed my polish in between her pedicure! After she was done he started on my nails. He was cutting around my cuticles when he cut me! That wasn’t the worst part, after the fact he didn’t even try to apologize or anything. He wiped the blood away with his bare hands! He then took out some blue liquid and put a drop on the cut. I wish he would of warned me for I wasn’t expecting it to burn! He finished my nails and we were finished at 4:45. I figured I could sill make it to work on time but then there was problems with both my cards! My friend pain for both of us in cash and afterwards when I went to Starbucks during my work break, my card worked perfectly fine. Anyways, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at the nail salon and the other times I visited were not pleasant as well. I’m always waiting and if you go with multiple people you are never helped and finished at the same time. I’m diss appointed that this wasn’t a good match for me considering it’s so convenient. Unfortunately I had given it one too many chances.

Very good prices for their services. Mon-​Wed they have a great pedicure special. Always friendly and fast service!

I love getting my nails and toes done here. They always make me laugh and have great conversations with me!

Staff are very friendly and very good at what they do. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I’ve visited a few times and definitely won’t be the last!

I did as I said I would, and I gave them another chance, and they did a great job!
The place was much less busy (we were out in an hour, instead of 4), my mom and I were both handled at the same time this time, so that no one was left waiting for the other to finish… and they took extra care to paint my mom’s nails in 4^th of July colors like she wanted.
We did not get the parafin wax treatment this time, so I can’t say that I know they wouldn’t still give someone else the wax treatment after the nails are painted, to then create bumpy and sticky nails…
But I did have an enjoyable time and everything went as one would expect.
I will say though one thing that drives me crazy about this place… they show sports on TV. (Not that I’m against sports), but when I leave my house to go to get my nails done and have a little «woman» time… I don’t want to be watching sports while trying to relax!
At least give me the home shopping network or something! LOL
Other than that… this is a nice place, and they do a good job and have a very nice staff.
I will continue to be semi-​regular.

Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. Foot spa massage chairs are in good working order. Will most likely go there again.
