R & C is an awesome company. The ladies in the office are always friendly. I see some reviews that are knocking Jeanie. Jeanie is the sweetest person I have ever met. The girls do tell it like it is, in a professional matter. They try their hardest to make sure repairs for my home are done in a timely manner.

So far so good as a tenant working with R&C. I did have an A/​C issue last summer, which took 5 days to get fixed because we had to wait for home warranty. However, Rich let us borrow a legit portable air conditioning unit in the meantime. We really appreciated that because we know it went above and beyond their property management duties. Recently, I had a dishwasher issue that was promptly handled.
I would recommend working with Rich. He’s quick to respond and gets it when it comes to the tenant’s needs.
Once we move out in another year, I will update this response on how they work with the returning of deposits and such.

I have used R & C to manage a rental property for many years and my experience has been exceptional. Rose and Dawn have done a phenomenal job taking the worry out of property management. They have a diverse knowledge of real estate, city and state laws and most importantly they know how to keep both landlord and tenant happy. If you are looking for a well run property management company, I would highly recommend R & C.

I Agree the same thing happened to us with our Air condition and washer and dryer. Please do ir research on this company and the landlord and tenant. This place is terrible i dont want to give them one star.

They have deservedly received an F from the BBB. Customer service is not in this companies dictionary. Homeowners, this company will scare away any potential renter. We have great small businesses in Gilbert, support them and get rid of crooks like this.

I have been using R&C to manage my condo for 4 years now. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They are very professional and my payments are consistantly delivered ontime. I recently lost a tenant and was planning to make a visit to AZ to check in on the place, but Rose found a new tenant even before I could even book a flight. You don’t have to look any further for a property management company, she gives me security in knowing my place is well taken care of.
