What should have been a wonderful experience on my wedding day in June of 2005 at a local hair salon turned into a panic attack. I was called the same day just before my sppointed time to inform me that my hair appointment was cancelled because the hairdresser could not come in. One would think that the owner, or manager would have fit me in some how, but they didn’t. They just hung up the phone.
Nice going! I will NEVER recommend or ho there because of their customer service lousy practices.
