Walked in at 9:30AM, employee hardly looked at me, instead she turned her back to continue working on a customer. Finally five minutes later, she turned around and looked surprised I was still there. She mumbled something like, «it’ll be awhile.» I left. A greeting and acknowledgement would have helped. Too bad the company hires people who could care less about losing business. I’ll take my $$ elsewhere.

This was my first time going to Supercuts. The place was clean, i didnt have to wait long. I did go early in the day. I’ve been searching for the right person to cut my sons hair for a while. Erika did a fantastic job. She was really fast but was very attentive to detail. My sons hair is even, and super cute. No patches! We will be going back soon!

I love this place, it’s my 2nd time coming here after failing to find the right person to cut my kids hair. Emory is the best barber ever! He takes his time with my kids, he makes them feel at ease and he has so much talent. I will be coming back for sure.

The staff is ridiculous. Just don’t come here. Never had a problem with anywhere really like I have here. The staff sucks! Of course that was my experience though so you could have a different one but based on some of the other reviews I would recommend going to another supercuts or more of an independent hair business as they will likely treat you better.

New to town. We have had our sons hair cut here twice now, both times by Ashlee. Wonderful lady who does a fabulous job with his difficult hair. We always leave the store smiling.

I have used this location a few times for both of my kids since they opened. My 1st two times there were great. Friendly staff and clean location. One my 3rd visit I took my daughter to get a trim at 4:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. I asked if the hairdresser we had seen the last 2 times was working. The staff said NO she has been fired! I then asked if they had time to trim my daughter hair.(no one else was in the store and no one was in the hair styles chairs). I was told no as there was a manger meeting they had to attend and couldn’t take any clients. I needed to come back tomorrow… I decided to write a review on Unilocal them after my 4th visit that was yesterday. I called around 4:15 on Sunday to check how late the store was open and if they had time to cut my son hair. The lady on the phone said we are open till 6:00 and they take their last hair cut at 5:30. I asked If I needed to make an appointment she started we don’t take appointments. We arrived at 5:15 once we walked in we were not even greeted by anyone. My son stood at the register waiting to sign in.(There was a hairdresser cutting a man hair and a hair dresser that came from a back room with what it looked to be food in her mouth chewing) The one that came from the back was who addressed us saying they couldn’t take any one as they had an meeting to attend. I reply«it is 5:15 you close at 6:00, why cant you take him?» She then said again they had a meeting to attend… I reply with«I cant imaging that your corp office or manager would set up a meeting during normal hours.» I then asked the girl for her name and her manager phone number. She turn and said I will get it and turn back and said oh you know my manager just got a new number and I don’t have it. With that being said this store had no way of getting in touch with a manager in case of an emergency not very professional if you ask me. The girl who I was speaking with had this smirk on her face that really set me off. I think I was most upset because I had called about an hour earlier and if this meeting was true I believe I would have been told this on the phone call. I felt this staff member was laying about the meeting and was just being lazy not wanting to work. I will admit I was rude and called her a B1TCH. We left we took our business else where.(this other business we had gone to stated they get a lot of clients that Supercuts turns away) I will say the lady who was cutting the mans hair said I will take your son. I refused as I didn’t want to place my son in the hands of someone I could have upset and in return could give him a bad hair. I have placed a call and an email into the corp office to file a complaint about the staff that was working on Nov 17 between 5 and 6. The unfortunate part was the staff refused to give me their names. So the other hairdresser who really had nothing to do with the issues. Was also included in my complaint. I guess you can say guilty by association. Needless to say I will not be going back to that location or any other Supercuts and I hope that corp handles tier staff appropriately.
