Target Building Inspections

I was buying a commercial property and I needed the building inspected as well as environmental studies. I had been calling around getting proposals. Since the property was located in a environmental low risk area it was suggested to me I could just get a historical record analysis. If that showed any red flags then I would need an ets or phase one study. The historical records analysis was going to cost around $ 500. The property condition report proposals were all coming in at over $ 1000. I found target inspections. The environmental records review was INCLUDED in his report and his property condition report (inspection) at a thousand dollars less than the competitors!
I wasn’t impressed just because he was offering a better deal (tho that was pretty impressive) but he was able to come out to do the inspection quickly and Ben was just so knowledgable! For instance He could tell by looking at the building materials if asbestos samples needed to be taken. For things that he wasn’t an expert on like wells (yes there was one found on my property) he gave me referrals to people who could help me. Long story short, I’m impressed. I will definitely be recommending and using Ben and target Inspections for all my future inspection needs!

Ben is AWESOME! He answered all million of my questions. We met him at the house towards the end of the inspection and he showed us everything as well as sent us a report. The report was easy to understand and clear about what was important and what could wait. I would recommend him.

Fantastic Experience! Ben showed up early for the job, and was very prepared. He was very thorough with his inspection, and brought up several great points I had not even thought to consider. They have state of the art equipment that detects insulation issues, and temperature variations. He did a free termite inspection without me having to ask, even though he was about $ 50 less than the other two estimates I got for the inspection in the first place.
I had the report in hand with all of the photos, and recommendations very fast! Less than 24 hrs. The report was well done, and easy to understand even for me, and I know nothing about homes… He even included pictures and sizes of items I need to replace in the report so I can easily take it to Lowes, and purchase the items without research. Over all Great Experience, and would recommend to anyone.

Ben is great. He explained things clearly and professionally to my client, and he was very thorough with his inspection. Great prices too. Too bad I didn’t check here first though for the discount — could have received $ 44 off!
