Vans

Bad service. Bad warranty. We bought vans at famous footwear and they separated from the sole after a month. We were told we could exchange them but we didn’t know we had to pay the difference from what we paid at famous footwear and what the vans corporate store charge. They should have just replaced them for no charge. No more vans for our family.

My first and only visit so far… my child wanted a pair of Vans that are only available online, so we went to the store to try the sizing on to make sure we ordered the right pair. They helped us with the sizing, did the online order for us, and had it shipped Express to our home for no charge! Bazinga! Thanks for the awesome customer service!

The customer service here is terrible. I went here on April 1^st and I really planned to buy three pairs of shoes but being an old man (43) I was not important and I even said I’d like to buy some new shoes and after looking for 30 mins at all the shoes I walked out. And the the counter clerks said thank you for coming. Jesus? How do the owners expect to make any money with these people manning the counter? With each of the pair of shoes at $ 60 that would have been $ 180.00 and they must get commission.
Here is the biggest kicker, we, my wife and I were the only people in the store as it was the middle of the afternoon.
I won’t be spending my money here again because there are a ton of other stores that want my business in the mall area. You have been informed…

Instead of going to multiple places to find some good Vans Shoes I suggest you go to an actual Vans store. I am reviewing this location because its close by. You are greeted when you first walk in. Their selection of clothes is good. Their shoes is located towards the back of the store and they have every Vans you can imagine. Although they may have every Vans they do not have every size. I have picked out a few and some of them did not have my size. But other than that I like this store overall not only just this location but every Vans store out there because they are all the same.
