We have been to VIP a few times for open sessions and also for two birthday parties. On all occasions we have had a great time. The staff is always accommodating and attentive to our needs. The kids always have a great time and I actually played last time(44 yr old dad). I have to admit it was a lot of fun! Keep up the good work.

Horrible place to play. That isn’t airsoft that’s just a bang bang game. To close of quarters and no refs to see stuff. Save your money.

After my son had been to VIP many times he finally convinced me to go. I had a really great time, its a we’ll run and efficient place just didn’t realize how much energy it took for the 4 hr «window» which is plenty of time to have a great time there. Have since recommended it to friends and neighbors and all have had great bday parties or individual sessions too. I’ll be back again soon.

Went here for a business team building event. The concept is fun except the staff don’t make people follow the rules they put in place making it not fun at all. Talking to multiple refs and nothing got resolved. They also give you malfunctioning equipment and replace it with more malfunctioning equipment. Will not ever be going back and we will find somewhere else to have our team building.

Great place really helpful techs !! HOWEVER the younger girl who answered the phone was completely rude! Im a customer service manager my self and I get it answering the phone isnt fun, but dont make the person on the other end feel stupid for calling especially since I was calling to ask about adding another $ 200 in upgrades. I think I will just do them my self now.

The kids and I had a great time at VIP Airsoft. What an amazing facility for Gilbert! Follow the rules and be safe and you will have a blast.

First time playing airsoft, came in with a friend of mine and rocked hard from 4−8pm for $ 50(included rental gun/mask, admission and 4000 BBs)… Tons of fun — though you can really rack up the battle scars/welts after a couple of games. It does get hot in there running around with adrenaline pumping but it’s bearable and based on how hard you go. The variety of game types and rules was great as we frequently switched it up: Team deathmatch, medic, briefcase search and destroy… and at night we played in the dark: prison break, zombies. Would suggest eating before/after as the food options are candy/soda/pizza/pretzels…
