Lindsay pharmacy is horrible! 15 minutes to get a prepackaged ZPACK with prescription in hand and not one other customer in the place!!! They need to learn customer service! One girl was too busy ringing up her own coffee than to help me get what I needed.

On 06÷26÷15, Walgreens corporate made the decision to close this pharmacy at 4PM, five hours early. Which left customers unable to obtain their prescriptions. We attempted to get my prescriptions at another Walgreens but they were unable to fill them due to federal guidelines. Walgreens corporate made the decision to move the pharmacist from this location to another Walgreens that is 24 hours, which would make them more money. Walgreens corporate made a decision that that could end up causing them a lot of liability due to customers unable to obtain necessary life preserving and aiding medications. Customers were not notified that the store was going to be closing early and other Walgreens pharmacies could not help many customers in need of their prescriptions. We were unable to reach Walgreens corporate and there is no direct phone number to Walgreens corporate, just the normal 1 – 800 Walgreens number. Hopefully we’ll be able to get my medications today when the pharmacy opens, but until then I am physically and mentally impacted because I am out of the medication that I need to function daily. Not having the medication that I needed to be able to take this morning is going to end up causing me to stay in bed for a few days to recover physically. Unfortunately, the Walgreens employees that had no say in the pharmacy closing had to deal with upset customers. We understand that no one at this actual physical Walgreens pharmacy made the decision to do this or had any authority to change Walgreens corporate decisions. My review is meant to reflect on Walgreens Corporate and I will be attempting to continue to contact them regarding this incident. We have been using Walgreens pharmacies since 2003 and I have multiple medical conditions that require medications multiple times throughout the day. Walgreens ends up receiving a lot of money due to the prescriptions I get filled there. We are now going to be going to be getting all of my prescriptions transferred to a pharmacy that is not Walgreens. The decision made by Walgreens corporate is unacceptable to us and completely irresponsible on their part. They seem to be more concerned about their profits rather then customer care. These types of decisions will end up impacting local Walgreens employees more than corporate due to having to explain corporate actions to customers. So not only does it show lack of concern for their customers, it shows lack of consideration for what their employees will have to deal with as a result of their decisions. I am completely appalled with Walgreens corporate at this time. ****Please understand that what I said was not a reflection of my local Walgreens pharmacy or the pharmacist at this location. The pharmacist at this location is very helpful and caring. My husband was able to promptly get my medication today when the pharmacy opened. But the actions yesterday, of closing the pharmacy that resulted in me being unable to obtain my medication, are currently affecting me physically. This will unfortunately continue to impact me the rest the week, along with impacting my family’s lives as well.

I love the Lindsay pharmacy, but the rest of the store is borderline harassment. Personally, I do enjoy customer service when ask and an occasional greeting when I walk in, but do you guys really have to ask me every time you walk by me on how you can help me find something? The store has at least 6 workers on any given day and that is 6 times in less than 10 — 15 min. I am being ask a question. Why would any one go into a store to be asked an abundance of questions when no one has asked. Do you think I can’t find you if I did, I mean you guys are everywhere. Whoever the owner is or the manager who told these employees to be this obnoxious really may want to reconsider their greeting model. I plan on using the drive-thru from now on which means Walgreens … I am not spending money in your store.

Ta hell with CVS, I pick Walgrees every time — they don’t make you carry around one of those ridiculous rewards cards. Always very friendly staff and they have a good selection of $ 1 candies for the movies, so I hit up this place before I head to the theater.
