By far the best blood work! If you go after the morning rush you hardly have to wait at all and they use butterfly needles which are so much easier. Beverly is so friendly and enjoyable to talk to!

Love these stores. I always find myself wondering aimlessly down each isle looking to see what I really don’t need to purchase. Somehow the enticement of packaging and advertising finds me pulling out my credit card for something that, at the time, appears to be an item in need.

Worst pharmacy service 2 days in a row!!! Day 1: Dropped off 3 prescriptions for my husband, went in 3 hours later and they only filled 1(claimed they must have missed the other 2 due to computer problems). I had to wait 1 more hour for the prescriptions to be ready. Day 2: Dropped off 1 prescription for myself, called to check on status, still not ready 2 hours later. Went in 5 hours later, given wrong dose and quantity of medication(did not realize until I was already home). Had to return to pharmacy again, wait 30 more minutes, and have my card charged again(they claimed they could not exchange the wrong prescription and I would have to wait 7 days for a refund). Do not use this pharmacy if at all possible– unsafe for customers!!!

We were in town from California and were looking everywhere for a simple black beanie for the cold for my husband. We looked at Frys, Walmart, and Target and had no luck until we came to Walgreens. We found 2 left on the shelf, @ 1.99 each, but the 1 star off is because we waited about 10 minutes in line, behind 1 person, to pay. That took more time than it should have IMO. But we were happy to find the beanie.

Went in there for the clinic. Put my name down. Waited 40 minutes. Right when it was supposed to be my turn, my name disappears off the list. Somehow I’m not on there anymore. The nurse was able to see me anyway. I say I have a terrible sore throat, it came on very suddenly. But I don’t think it’s strep, I have no other symptoms. She immediately says«Do you sleep with your mouth open?» umm, I suppose«Oh well it’s just cold dry air, that’s why your throat hurts». Doesn’t even want to look in my mouth. I think I know the difference between a scratchy throat and«I can’t swallow without wincing». I explain to her my OTHER symptoms and then refers me to Urgent Care because they can’t help me there. I bought some throat spray, and went home! If you need a sports physical or want your mommy to kiss your boo-boo, come here. Otherwise see a real doctor or go to Urgent Care.

First of all I am in the customer service industry and I have been for 15 years, I never complain. But to me this is unacceptable. My son whom is barely 18 went into this Walgreen’s on cooper and warner yesterday to pick up a prescription. They told him he had no insurance and needed to pay $ 70. He was going to pay this because he is feeling so sick. I convinced him to wait for me to look into this. I tried to tell them that he had insurance but it was late and they were getting ready to close. We decided to try again today and I sent my son a photo of his insurance card. He went there this evening at about 5:30 and waited half an hour to get to the front. When he got to the front; they said they needed a photo of the back and sent him to the back of the line. They would not wait or even set him to the side to help another customer while I sent him the photo of the back. It would have taken under a minute to send this to him. To boot; all information including the contact info is on the front. I called Walgreens on Guadalupe and Gilbert. Mytha pulled his script information up and had his script information in under a minute. She also called and had it transferred and filled in under half an hour. To me this is the way customer service is done. She also found out that the issue was his name was entered wrong. I asked my son if he made sure to spell his name correctly and he told me he spelled it twice for them. No EXCUSE to me… Kudos to Mytha and SHAMEONYOUATTHEWALGREENSONCOOPERANDWARNER! You need to slow down and remember these are people and without them you would not have a job to feed YOURFAMILY with…

Came here on a Sunday straight from the hospital to pick up a prescription for my son. Of course it was after normal pharmacy hours and a Sunday to boot. The pharmacy staff were nice and quick. We just sat and waited and I think it only took about 10 minutes. It’s not like I was utterly wowed but it definitely was good, fast service. Our pharmacy tech was friendly with a dry sense of humor and he helped ensure we got our prescription quickly. Very glad for a 24 hour pharmacy less than 10 miles from my home.

I never come to Walgreens without them giving me a hard time along with waiting at MINIMUM20 min. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Along with the long wait, and them consistently getting my insurance plans mixed up, the customer service they give is absolutely terrible. Everyone who works here is unbelievably rude. And if you ask them or tell them that they’re being rude they just brush it off like it was nothing. Like«Ehh sorry. What’s up? Why you here? What do you want?» And this wasn’t a one time thing that’s happened. The wait, the every time mixups, everyone being rude. No I mean this is every single time I come here. And I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for about 10 years. And I can honestly say the only reason I’m still at this pharmacy is because it’s 24 hours, and because it’s, and I mean literally, a two minute walk from my house. However, I’m finally starting to think that none of it is even worth it anymore.

The parking lot at this location attracts the worst drivers on the planet. The pharmacy has a single speed, slow. I’m not sure why I chose this location as my primary pharmacy, but somehow it is. It’s close, it’s 24 hours & not CVS.

The clinic here sucks. I went after being sick for 8days and was told by the nurse that I hadnt been sick long eniugh to get an antibiotic and tjey like us to be sick for 10 to 14 days first. But if I wanted to come back on day 14 then she could recheck me and give me 1 then. Here I am on day 11 and still sick. Ridiculous and unprofessional

The five stars are for the pharmacy at this location. Lamontae and the other younger guy are awesome. I must use this Walgreens a lot because they both greet me by my first name every time I walk in which is nice. When an employee takes the time to remember your name it’s a nice personal touch that I enjoy. I am always welcomed with a smile and friendly attitude when shopping here or picking up medicine. The store is like every other basic Walgreens. This location has a minute clinic with a PA who can take care of most basic health needs. The pharmacy has a drive up window if you don’t feel like going in the store. I like how it’s open 24⁄7 both the store and pharmacy.

This review is for the pharmacy drive through, I realize I am not at a fast food restaurant, but a consistent 10 – 15 minute wait in line to drop off a script is a bit much. Especially when there is only 1 maybe 2 cars jn front of me. Really? How long should it take to find someones script and give it to them? Maybe an extra minute for running their insurance but come on I have currently been in line as I write this, for over ten minutes, with only 1 car in front of me.

This location is nice and the people at the pharmacy were very helpful. I wouldn’t buy barely anything at Walgreens though. It is usually overpriced. Take the extra few miles and make it over to Walmart.

This place is just ok, nobody really helped me out while i was there, but i found everything very quickly and did a little line at the register. I just think they should have somebody walking around just to help shoppers.

I was very impressed with their pharmacy. I switched to CVS about 6 months ago and it was a terrible experience. Just this past weekend I transferred my prescription back to Walgreens and they were able to fill my prescription in 10 minutes while I waited and were extremely helpful.

Anyone else find that all drug stores these days just make you spend money? I went in for one little thing, and walked out with all kinds of crap I had no intention of buying, and probably over paid for anyhow. Well done Walgreens, we shall meet again, and now I’m onto you. This is just one of a billion million Walgreens out there, and it does nothing to stand out. The staff is always just friendly enough that you can’t complain, without ever making you feel special. It’s usually pretty clean and well stocked. The pharmacy has always been fairly quick when I’m getting a prescription filled, and the pharmacist will answer any questions you have. Their big plus is they are 24/7, so you can always get some emergency NyQuill or whatever you need.
