This is a fun trail to run for a couple reasons — if you are familiar with the 12K’s of Christmas run each year it uses this trail so you are practicing for that, and you avoid traffic and sidewalks. Also it runs by the The Riparian Preserve At Water Ranch, which is a nice park with a lot of water. finally it intersects with North South Canals so you can lengthen your run easily without having to cross even more roads. Power lines is the only negative.
