EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Unlike the previous review, I was left hanging and waiting forever. Came in to have a game (which was a Christmas present) fixed since it was shaking in the box and made sure there was no scratches on it and to return ridiculously priced key chains my BF had picked up. Two registers open and I was next with no one else in line and a manager standing right behind them. When my turn had come, all of a sudden the manager, the cashier that was supposed to serve me, and a random associate walking the floor had to go on a hunt for a missing game. None of them acknowledged the fact I was waiting and just looked at me as they continued on their search. Don’t misplace your items and help customers that are in the store!

Went here after my mistake in going to Best Buy. Convenient location nice, friendly service. Brian waited on me and he was great. Super nice knows hos stuff and didn’t leave me hanging or waiting forever like other places. Exceptional customer service and a good laugh. I’ll definitely be returning.

These folks know there stuff. They just about always have what I’m looking for, and if they don’t, they can get it or know where to get it. They always are eager to help, and often have tips on the games I’m playing.
The trade-​in prices aren’t that great, but I usually don’t get rid of games. Their prices are very competitive, and being a POWERUP Rewards member, I get discounts on purchases.
