Did my first Tough Mudder this past Saturday, June 01, 2013. What a great event. Well organized, fun, challenging, worth every penny. I had my doubts going into this. I admit I was wrong. Trained hard and glad i did. Course was 12 miles long with 21 obstacles. Took me and two teammates 4 Hrs. And 30 min. to complete. From start to finish Tough Mudder takes care of you. Gun Stock mountain was was a great location very hard, the obstacles were fun and some real difficult. Tough Mudder is a team Challenge Event. NOT a race. Get 3 or more people together and challenge yourself. They had a concert and activities later, but we were just to darn tired… Oh yeah, people can go and watch to take pics, but it does cost money. The reason is they do not want people showing up and jumping on the course… I understood this reason and it makes sense. I have already per registered for next years.
